I'm pretty sore today from cleaning yesterday which is making me irritable. I also didn't sleep well which isn't helping.
Nothing scheduled but i do need to get my glucose test completed prior to my next week's ob appt. I'll set that up tomorrow.
Raves: last week of 2nd tri!!!!!
Rants: as excited as i am to be almost out of 2nd tri i can't believe i still have all of 3rd tri (13 weeks) to go.
Qotw: i want to be on one of the local beaches in the summer - not this crap freezing weather and snow. Preferably without my children. I want my book, a few beverages, sun and sand. DH is welcome if he would like. I just don't want to watch anyone.

Sciatica has been acting up but seems better the last few days. I've been feeling much less sick which has been nice.
I would love to be a warm beach somewhere with my family. It's been so cold here. I guess I'd want to bring a long a nanny so I could have some time to read and relax.

I feel like I will never get enough sleep. Even after 8 hours I still am ready for a nap!

How do you feel?
not bad. Still tired, but nothing terrible. All in all I can’t complain!

yep, standard quickie appointment with gest diabetes test on Tuesday.

with all the changes in weather (plus pregnancy), I have had congestion and sinus pressure basically nonstop. I had this last pregnancy too, and I allow myself to take a small dose of decongestant at night if it keeps me from sleeping, but man is it a pain!

On a beach drinking cocktails and reading a book with DH (sorry, kids!). It’s been way too long since we’ve had a proper vacation alone and I am so ready for one.

better now that im not sick anymore. Just extra tired. The last couple weeks my upper back has really been hurting me.

as with the rest of this pregnancy - totally fine. Haven’t had any symptoms this whole time and I’m thankful for it! I know some of you ladies hate me now...

I see the midwife on Thursday.

A rave would be that I can finally feel little man kick pretty regularly...it’s about time!

How do you feel?
Pretty good, yesterday was a busy day so I am a little achy.
Any appts this week?
No appointments this week. I had an appointment Friday which included a repeat A/S to try and get some of the images baby boy was too stubborn to let us get last time. He was still facing my back and wouldn't show us his face. They also couldn't get all of the views of the heart they wanted because his spine causes a shadow. They said they would try again in 4 weeks. If baby boy is this uncooperative and stubborn now we are in for some trouble later.

SO was able to feel baby boy moving this morning which set a great tone for the day.

We usually take a vacation to Mexico in February but had to cancel because of baby boy. I would love to be there right now.
28 weeks - Hello third tri! - as much as 2.5# and 14.8 inches
How do you feel?
Sciatica is acting up. Waking up a lot at night, just struggling to get comfortable. Also my pelvis is loosening up and I've had some major discomfort feeling it come apart in front this week.
Any appts this week?
Wednesday. Supposed to get my glucometer and meal plan for my alternative GD testing.

Sleeping would be nice.

I feel pretty good overall. Exhaustion has been ongoing throughout this pregnancy. My feet are starting to ache after being on them for extended times and my lower back gets sore on and off.
No - I went last week.
I wish my 3.5 y/o would STTN. Idk how I’m going to do this with two.
Honestly, I would love to sneak off with DH. Preferably somewhere warm with a comfortable bed. We haven’t been away from DS for more than a couple hours outside of work, and I’d love to have some 1:1 time with him.

Appt last week went well. Now we start every 2 weeks! So none this week.

Ive been getting a kick(pun intended lol) out of watching LO respond to things this week. Anytime there is a sudden loud sound when its been quiet or my dog jumps onto the bed near the belly or something it feels like he startles a bit in there and then kicks a few times. Loving it

Hiking/camping somewhere warm and beautiful with my bestfriend or SO. Or a warm sunny beach with strawberry margaritas! Basically anywhere besides work where I currently am.

How do you feel?
I can't sleep for shit. I think I sleep about an hour at a time most nights, before I have to get up and pee or change positions because my legs are going numb or my hips are killing me. It's pretty awful

Boring "pee in a cup" appointment tomorrow morning.
Rants/raves/questions?
Anyone else experience restless leg syndrome? I think that's what I have, but not sure. I have an irresistible urge to reposition constantly. It mostly happens at night, after dinner time when we start winding down, and the only thing that helps is to stretch or do some kind of light exercise like squats.

Tough question... but I would absolutely love to be able to take one final vacation as a family of 3. Take our daughter to Disney World or Universal Studios (she's a huge Harry Potter fan) and spend a week just having fun and making her feel special.

More tired this week and cannot find a comfortable sleeping position to save my life. My sciatic is definetly hurting as well
