How much to pay an overnight sitter?

Looking for insight. You folks are so good with advice! Both Mom & Dad work nights & occasionally the nights overlap & a sitter is needed. How much would you be willing to pay someone to watch 2 boys (2.5 yrs & 9 mos) overnight who will be sleeping pretty much the entire time, about 8 hours? Thanks!

    Former nanny here, I would say $10 for sleeping hours and $12-$15 for awake hours (since it is two kids). Care.com is a good website to find nannys if you don't already have one.
