Its understandable that you're in a bit of an emotional roller coaster, given your history. But starting the post with a BFP in a miscarriage forum is a bit tacky. Introduce yourself, give us a bit of history as we on here can all relate to loss, and then reach out for advice. Driveby BFP on miscarriage forums sting. Almost all of us on here are still TTC after loss.

This is NOT the place to post this. This is for women suffering through MC/PL right now, now for PGAL. You need to find a PGAL forum. It hurts to see you waving your BFP "can't believe how easily and quickly it happened" in my face. And honestly, the best thing you can do for anxiety like it sounds as if you're experiencing is to find a good therapist! Trust me... it helps.

I meant to post this in pregnant after loss, but didn't change the forum on my app. Apologies for any sliggts or trauma my mistake perpetrated.
