R/R: For awhile I felt really good about our chances last month and it was a real mess when AF showed up.

GTKY: What is the most heartwarming thing you’ve ever seen? People rescuing animals from hoarding situations OR natural disasters. They just know these people are here to help them and they are SO grateful.

TWW - Testing: Maybe tomorrow, if tomorrow is negative and no AF, then I'll try again Saturday.

CS/Q: Nada

R/R: Well, it took a while cause of a weird low temp (I think because I woke up too early) on 3 DPO, but FF decided that I ovulated! My temps are rocky but there was definitely a noticeable shift. I'm so glad, I wasn't sure I would ovulate at all because of my irregular cycles. Today my temp came back down below coverline so I'm pretty sure AF is on her way, but hey. I'm holding on to "yay I actually ovulated!" for now, haha.

GTKY: What is the most heartwarming thing you’ve ever seen? There's a senior dog rescue whose facebook page I stalk occasionally... I love knowing there are people out there who give old dogs good homes to live out their last years!

@catlady2015 I'm so sorry about AF

I was hoping you had good timing, too. Animal rescues always make me bawl like a baby, especially when the animals look like my old dog.

@diaphena FX for you! Hopefully no AF for you this month, but still, yay for confirmed O! My temps are really rocky, too, to the point that my chart is just hilarious.

Month/Cycle: 2/2

CD/DPO: CD22/??? (Possibly 12DPO?)

WTO - WAYDTGKU: HIO, PNVs, OPKs (which I found out I was doing incorrectly thanks to brand differences), D3 and calcium supplements, and a P4 test today to see if I O'd or not.

TWW - Timing: If my temp shift is when I O'd, then -4 and 0 (the +1 sex was a way that wouldn't get anyone pregnant >.>).

TWW - Testing: I'm not banking on anything, since I don't know for sure if I O'd or not. I think I'm just gonna wait for AF and test if it's late.

CS/Q: My temps have been high since a few days after a definite shift down,so I think I may have ovulated, but I'm really not sure.

@dreamscapes_ that looks like a pretty definitive temp shift. FF might not give you cross hairs yet because of the open circles.

@meggyme I think the negative OPK results are also messing with the possibility of crosshairs. I'm kinda just going with it for now and will see what happens

@dreamscapes_ - that is a pretty good temp shift. I think you're right about the OPK results messing with your CH.

Have you tried switching to the FAM interpretation for FF? It focuses more on temperature alone and I wonder if that would give you CH, b/c it would discount the OPK business.

CS/Q: nadda. Cervix is low though so think I’m out this month. Just waiting for AF now to start again next month.

R/R: nothing much going on here. SIL is here and I’m looking forward to her leaving.. I’m rude.

@Kristah2 - good timing! You're not out till AF shows. Enjoy your party tomorrow! PS - not rude to want your house back! How long has she been staying with you? More than a few days and I feel stabby having company around, even if they're family. I want my house and routine back!

@catlady2015. Thanks! Hope you’re right. I don’t expect a BFP tomorrow as it’s early but hopefully next week I’ll be surprised.
Shes been here since the 26. But she lives a very different lifestyle then we do so it’s a bit rough.
Also, sorry about AF. FX this is a better cycle!

@catlady2015 I’m not sure how to change it to FAM charting. I’m a free user, do I have that option?

@dreamscapes_ - FAM and advanced are included with the free membership. To switch it:
desktop - under analysis (top menu) look for tuning or detector/override. Choose FAM. (I think this is where it is, not on desktop much).

Mobile - click the bullet list icon in the top right corner. Choose settings, then detector/override settings. Touch the advanced text to bring up the menu, then choose fam. Choose set to confirm.

You’ll probably get a popup telling you it might not be so accurate if you change it, but just click ok.

Let me know if you’re having issues with it and I’ll get better desktop instructions.

AFM... I had a huuuge temp drop yesterday morning, followed by a BFN, then cramping and spotting by the end of the day. Today is officially CD1. On to round 2! I'm not surprised or too disappointed, just glad that things seem to be back on track so soon after IUD removal.

BFN this morning. It’s still really early but I feel like I would have seen SOMETHING so I’m going to say I’m out. I’ll enjoy a guilt free drink at our party tonight and just wait for AF next week and move on.

@diaphena sorry about CD1 but great job being so positive!!

@dreamscapes_ - on desktop, scroll further down the front page. Underneath the fertility analyzer is the ovulation detector, an option for tuning/overrride is there.

@catlady2015 Thank you! It's now giving me crosshairs, but it's on a day that doesn't seem to match up with that temp drop.

I don't personally drink, but I don't think there's anything wrong with the whole "drink until it's pink" thing. Hopefully AF will be late!

it just can't be easy, can it? I think the open circles might also be complicating matters. Just go with your best guess. I wondered what switching it would do, but you can always switch it back if need be.

@catlady2015 I honestly feel like it was the day I had that huge dip, since that seems like the best bet to me. I really think the app is just like "Okay, this says this, but that says that, WHY DO YOU HAVE CONFLICTING INFO WOMAN". But what do I know, lol. I'll probably switch it back to the other for next cycle if I end up with a BFN or AF. I'm just gonna go with it and see what happens.

@dreamscapes_ - to me, it looks like you O'd the day of that dip and you had a slow rise, since that was the only time you noted fertile CM. FF doesn't always know what to do with slow rises, esp. without other data to confirm O.

You can also manually override, if that interests you. You can do it from the same place, just make a note of the CD you think you O'd on to change it - it will also ask you for a temp coverline.
