Sick in 3rd trimester

Just wondering if anyone else is feeling the same or has dealt with it before. I have been throwing up constantly. Even with Zofran. Getting so sick to where I can't even go to work anymore. I can't sleep. I had to check into L&D the other day for contractions and how sick I am. But I'm still no where near labor at 34 weeks. Wondering what anyone has done and what I should do. Also with this kind od sickness, should I take my leave early? My husband wants me to stop working immidiantly but I know deep down we will end up needing the money.

I see you are new to our board and the bump... there are a few regular posts that may help you. One weekly post is called "symptoms" and there are quite a few moms who discuss nausea in 3rd trimester on there.

Anywho, lots of us have nausea, heartburn, and other food discomforts since baby is now big enough to have shifted our stomachs out of place. Some are back to puking.

We can't say whether you should go on leave since we don't know your work policies, family finances, or full medical. I would think if it warranted staying home, that would be a question for you and your husband, doctor, or boss/HR.
