@kindbytealikat Was it you who posted the lasagna soup recipe on TTGP a little while ago? I made it last week and it was soooooo good. DH doesn't usually like soup, but he thought it was great. @lakesideknitter I love breakfast for dinner!
Monday - Chicken chili and salad Tuesday - Chicken drumsticks, veggies and pasta salad Wednesday - Crock Pot spicy shredded beef burrito bowls Thursday - Pork roast with rice and veggies Friday - Christmas party at my aunt-in-law's (is that a thing?) so lots of holiday goodies!
We still haven't figured out what we want to do for Christmas dinner! Maybe ham and some yummy sides? No clue. It's just going to be me, DH, DS and possibly DSS (we leave it up to him where he chooses to spend Christmas Day evening / night) so at most 3 people so I don't see any point in going all out...
@offtoneverland yep that was me, I love it. @mrsbubbles-2 I’m mobile and can’t link recipe but go to carlsbadcravings.com its one pot lasagna soup, there’s also a chicken on but I’ve not ever made that one
I'm too damn tired to cook, but apparently my family needs to eat. M- crock pot chicken tacos T-roasted veggies and pesto sandwiches W- salmon with asparagus and cous cous Th- I'm out for a friend's dinner, but DH and DD are having grilled ham and cheese sandwiches and left over French onion soup F- frozen pizza.
@lakesideknitter@lanieslumpia I got an instant pot for Christmas too! So excited to start using it. Hope it's okay I'm posting here even though I don't have a menu for the week! We're visiting family in Florida right now so thankfully I don't have to think about meal plans!
@7425cait I'm with you. So Tired!! I'm a little late to this game.. it's been a crazy week so far! Tonight is crock-pot chicken tacos, because so easy. Tomorrow I'm going dress shopping with my sis in NYC (she's getting married next year sometime!), so SO and DS are on their own. Friday I'll do peppers and onions risotto but with orzo pasta instead.
@westphilly hahaha! Oh I bet! Man I used to date a guy that lived in King of Prussia and he would take me to get cheesesteaks, don’t know how that area measures up to the rest of the Philly area though
