How's Mama? Good! Though Ovia's comment that I might be having worse gas than usual was SPOT on.
What new stuff is baby up to? Weighing 2 pounds and moving around like crazy! I've gotten a few good videos of my whole stomach rolling around.
Rants/Raves: Going into the final week of school and DROWNING in grading. Normally I can have a nice glass of wine while I grade at home and that makes it tolerable, so this year is roughhhhh.

How's Mama? Tired, hungry, excited!!!! Still hard to believe a little human is in there!
What new stuff is baby up to? Same old same old, kicking away, developing her personality which I am quickly figuring out. We play tag where she'll push and I'll poke back and then she'll poke back. It's kinda my favorite thing. She also gets hiccups all the time! Grow those lungs baby! She loves her daddy's voice and is very fond of my rib cage now. Ouch.

GTKY: What's your favorite festive holiday beverage? I used to like Egg Nog but I'm scared to try it now. I love hot cocoa! My mom makes the best crockpot hot cocoa!

How's Mama? Besides this cold kicking my ass pretty good. I'm currently at work with a heating pad on my stomach because mucus keeps going down the back of my throat (gross I know) and it gives me a stomachache and since I've had a lot of nosebleeds lately some of it is bloody mucus-sorry if that's TMI!
What new stuff is baby up to? nothing new really, she's just moving around a lot and it's so nice to be able to feel the movements because it took forever (at least in my mind) to feel anything with my anterior placenta.
Rants/Raves: Cold that DD shared is annoying AF (coughing fits waking me up in the middle of the night are annoying) but other than that it's all good

GTKY: What's your favorite festive holiday beverage? Spiked hot cider or egg nog, neither of which I've had yet this year. The spiked cider I definitely can't have and the egg nog is a treat that I try to hold off on until all of my Christmas decorating and cleaning is done which is my goal to complete this weekend so maybe Sunday I'll be able to have a glass during the big football game (Go Steelers!

What new stuff is baby up to?last week was quiet with less movement. This week at night has been party time when I am trying to sleep. Heart rate was lower this week than it has been.
Rants/Raves: My youngest sister was born at 28 weeks so this week always worries me a little. Although she is now 23 and doing great it still makes me think what if...

I’m actually pretty good, just uncomfortable and tired. And this LO prefers to hang out transverse so that makes me a little worried even though he still has time to turn. Yoga and spinning babies has been helping me a lot.
What new stuff is baby up to?
He’s very active and has been ever since I finally could feel him regularly with an anterior placenta. He’s been mostly sitting low and transverse this week and it has been killing my back and hips. He can flip anytime now.

I am just looking forward to MH’s time off for Christmas starting next week.

Peppermint Mocha although these days I’m ordering it as a half caff. But I also love hot chocolate and after spending three years in England, you can usually find me with a cup of tea in the evenings when it finally cools off.

How's Mama? I'm great! Finding it hard to play on the floor with my one year old and right below my sternum is sooo sore from all the growing, but otherwise all is good!
What new stuff is baby up to? I honestly can't tell if it's baby pushing so hard or BH lol! He loves to kick when big brother is dancing to music, which I find adorable! He also kicks when big brother is nursing... it's definitely making me concerned about the possibility of tandem nursing.
Rants/Raves: Ultrasound next week... I'm of course hoping all goes well, and as a bonus hoping for a good 3d pic!

How's Mama? I have a sore spot on my rib and find myself groaning more often, but other than that: great! so excited to meet this wiggle worm!
What new stuff is baby up to? She has electrical activity in her brain, apparently! She always kicks during songs that have what my musician husband calls “a driving rhythm.”
Rants/Raves: had a simple crock-pot chili dinner party and game night last night and want to do this more often! I think we end up avoiding hosting friends sometimes cos the prep feels overwhelming, but seriously no one cares if you “only” serve chili! And my house is clean!
Also my husband is playing Sinaed O’Connor’s “Nothing Compares 2 U” and making me eggs Benedict from scratch so I feel like I’m winning at life.
