If the tech, who is a trained professional, said it's a girl then it is a girl. If you still doubt the tech then have another u/s later in your pregnancy. No one here can help you I'm afraid.

...If there were no genitals in the photo how were we supposed to know? And in utero fetuses definitely still have genitals, that's how a tech can tell how baby will pee when s/he is born.
