    So I gave MH my Sephora reward to use for gifts and to do so he would have to give them my account so I vowed not to peek at the purchase history but I did. Now I'm kind of disappointed with what he got and I will have to feign excitement when I get them. I know I can return and exchange them but he will notice if I'm not using what he got. Hopefully I get some gift cards that I can use towards what I really wanted.

    @krashke there’s totally still time to fix this!!  Tell him, “Sooo I know I gave you my Sephora rewards to get me some stuff but I was looking the other day and found a few things that I REALLY want.  Here’s the list.  If you already bought stuff you can exchange them - they’re super good about returns/exchanges.  Sorry, I love you!”

    If it gets ugly, pull the emotional crazy pregnant lady card ;)

    @Miz_Liz thanks but I'm not sure if that will work. I sent him a link to my Loves list so I had stuff on there that I really wanted and some stuff on there that I only wanted if the stuff I really wanted wasn't available. So he's seen the whole list. I can't blame him though because I'm sure he just walked into the store found the first person to help him, showed him the list and they just picked stuff out. To be fair it was all on the list it's just some if it I wanted more than others and he can't read minds so what can ya do...

    @krashke Will your hubby actually notice which products you're using and be able to tell it's different than what he got? If so, major points to him :) I took mine into the store, picked out what I wanted and handed him my $20 coupon. At least he wrapped it himself  ;)

    FX for gift cards so you can get the stuff you really want!

    We have a sick toddler.  My husband was home with yesterday and I'm home today.  Yesterday he did nothing around the house so today I've done 4 loads of laundry, emptied the dishwasher, did work work and taken care of Luke.  And then he had the nerve to make sure to point out that I needed to use the hamburger in the fridge for dinner tonight before it goes bad.  Not being pregnant I would have hurled something at his head, now I'd like to actually hit him when I throw it!

    @LukesMom16 no flame here. He probably deserves to be hit by whatever you're throwing.  Sometimes men just don't think when they speak. 

    I suck at these bump update pictures. I am a FTM and really want to have the pictures. Sometimes I take random ones, but I really wanted to be organized and keep up with documenting stuff. I have totally sucked at it, and only out of pure laziness. I know I will just be upset in the end if I don't have them. I need to get it together.

    I just buy myself what I want in December and tell my mom and DH to retroactively decide which things “they” got me for Christmas lol. My mom puts money in my account, and DH does nothing since all our money he earns currently lol.

    @BurlapandLace SAME! DS is 2.5 and there is no way in hell I'm taking him to see Santa. He will hate it and scream bloody murder. Why would I stress myself and him out like that? At my husband's company party we stood to the side and observed. Good enough for him, good enough for me!

    @krashke This is my complaint about registries and wish lists!  I wish I could rank whatI really want and what stuff is only on there if the good stuff is gone.

    @buffalove1211 that would be amazing! If you could put like a star on the things you really want! At least with registries the person wouldn't really know you exchanged it unless you are close with them.

    Yea, @lrichhx05 yea I think 5 min of crying is worth it for something mostly harmless if it’ll be endlessly hilarious for the kid to see pics of when they’re older. Definitely wouldn’t ever wait in line for it tho unless the kid begged. I hate lines.

    I love the crying santa pics also lol. DS has never given us a crying pic.. he actually looks pretty excited for all of them. And it kinda sorta makes me sad.. I'd love just one.
    but walk him past the easter bunny at the mall? NOPE! I would have to physically carry him over kicking and screaming. we took one a couple years ago.. no crying, but scared for his life.

    he actually hates any 'character' costume. took him to see caillou this summer. told me he knew he was fake but kid was scared lol.

    As someone who was terrified of anything in costume as a kid (and TBH they still weird me out a little) I would never subject my kid to Santa or anyone if they didn't want to. Now if they're happy to go and you put them on his lap and they start crying and that's the pic you get so be it but if they actually expressed prior to that moment that they didn't want to do it, I wouldn't make them.

    plus one on registries...I actively went on and updated/changed mine as people started buying things.  If I wasn't getting what I really needed I took fluff stuff off of it.  If I bought anything on my own I always added it to my registry before going to the registry so I got points for it.

    @krashke My sweet DH couldn't even find the Bare Minerals Store at the mall when I asked him to pick up a couple things. 

    I'm neutral on crying Santa pics. Santa pics weren't a tradition for me growing up and I hate crowds and the mall so I'm not doing it with our kids. We do have a Santa from the local firehouse make stops in our neighborhood. I like this because it's a community thing. We don't push for a photo, it's up to the kids if they want to go in the "sleigh."

    So this might be another FFFC...but I hate that people don't know how to look at an ultrasound! I sent my NT scan pictures to family/close friends and literally every person asked how far along I was. IT SAYS RIGHT ON THE PICTURE! One asked if it was my 20 week. ::eyeroll:: 

    I get that not everyone has seen many ultrasounds but I hadn't until a month ago and it's not that hard to figure out.

    Y'all inspired me to look at my amazon registry and I found out 3 items have already been purchased!!! I'm ecstatic! I LOVE registries. Its like Christmas anytime you come home to gifts!
