first ultrasound

Hi everyone! I am new to this pregnancy thing, due August 2, 2018 with our first. We are so excited! Yesterday we went into our first ultrasound and the doctor could only see the yolk sac. I'm wondering if any of you are having the same thing or if this is normal. Like I said, first time around and don't have anyone to ask! Thank you in advance!
