    New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms
    Most have started to wane, thankfully.  Boobs still hurt, belly is popping a bit from the lovely blump

    Appointments/US this week
    First appointment today at 1pm and ultrasound w/testing on Thursday at 3pm

    Random Questions
    None today.  I'm looking at just getting a jogger traveling system because I'll use the jogger more than a regular stroller.  I'm looking at the Britax B-Agile 3 Elite system.  Any suggestions?

    I'm a HUGE football fan, and the Eagles are my fave.  They are giving me heart palpitations.  How am I supposed to make it through playoffs without a drink?!

    What do you do for a living?
    I'm a special education teacher at the High School level for kids with involved disabilities.  Best.Job.Ever!

    Nausea seems like it’s FINALLY subsiding, still ehxausted. 
    Appointments/US this week
    Nope. But I should get an email this week telling us what baby#2 will be!! I sent in my sneak peek a couple days ago.

    I know the whole country got snow, but we got a foot yesterday and I’m already over it. I have 3 dogs and catching them to dry them off is just not what I feel like doing! Also, I feel bad for DH because he’s out in it all day. 
    What do you do for a living?
    Currently a sahm but I’ve been picking up Saturday morning shifts receptioning at the Animal Hospital I (used to?) work at. Gets me out of the house and some adult time, and my mil loves watching DS those couple hours. It’s only a 4.5 hours shift.

    @WorkinWeezel We had a jogging travel system for DS, Eddie Bauer from target. It did it’s job. My advice is don’t spend crazy amounts on the stroller, and all car seat have to go through the same safety testing so just because one is “better” it’s really not any better. Anyways, travel system is the way to go with a newborn/infant. He would fall asleep in his car seat on the stroller in the mall and I would just unlatch it and put him right in the truck. No need to wake a sleeping baby!

    @paytonpedro Thanks!  We had the full travel system before and it was such a hassle, and then had a jogging stroller and an umbrella stroller as well.  It's annoying.  I like the Britax and the Chicco because they both fold up super compact, which is what I want, and have one-hand breakdown/set up.  Plus, I've seen some great deals recently!  

    I feel like my kids only made it 5 or 6 months in the infant seat- they were both gigantic at birth (8.15 and 9.12) so it was so heavy carrying them IN the already weighed-down carseat.  They will be 8 and 5 when this LO is born, so I'm starting allllllll over again!

    How far along today? 10 weeks

    New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms I think I might actually be starting to feel better (please don't jinx it, please don't jinx it). Nausea is still there but I'm taking less Diclegis. 

    Appointments/US this week None this week but scheduled the genetic screening and U/S so looking forward to that.

    Random Questions Is it possible that I'm actually showing already? I had a lot of family in town this last weekend and got quite a few comments. I swear it feels like I'm just getting chubby but the scale hasn't moved. This is baby #2 and I knew it would happen sooner but didn't think it would be this soon! 

    Rants/Raves Everyone commenting on how they think its a boy or girl based off different symptoms of mine. I'm stoked either way. Can't you just leave me alone about it? Everyone seems to be an expert and it's super annoying. 

    What do you do for a living? I'm an assistant to a youth motivational speaker. I helped to rebrand his image and work on a bunch of admin stuff for him. It's a perfect work from home job and super flexible. I'm also in school to get my prereqs done to try and get into nursing school!

    Back is starting to hurt. Nausea is going away. Wanting to eat all the cookies. Starting to see a blump.

    First official appt tomorrow! Luckily I’ve already seen babe 3 times.

    Anyone else super emotional? I started crying at the mall on Saturday watching kids take pictures with Santa. It was SO CUTE!

    TTC History:
    Me: 36 H: 40 Married 2015. Together since 2010.
    TTC: Sept 2016-Oct 2017
    BFP Oct 2017. DD born July 2018.
    TTC: March 2020. BFP March 2020
    Due date was Nov 2020
    DS born Sept 2020. DS passed away Nov 2020 due to prematurity and birth trauma.
    TTC: March 2021
    IUI #1 Nov 2021, BFN
    IUI #2 Dec 2021 BFP.  MC Jan 2022
    IUI #3 Aug 2022 BFN
    IUI #4 Sept 2022 BFN
    AMH test came back at .081. Was going to move on to IVF with DE, but have decided not to. Will be leaving it up to the universe now.

    @WorkinWeezel My son only rode in the infant car seat until 6 months and then we got a convertible car seat. He was 8lbs 5oz at birth. Yeah, the Eddie Bauer one didn’t fold down too small and was a hassle to open/close. We ended up buying just a babytrend jogger when my son was like 7 months old- definitely not recommending Eddie Bauer here. Haha. I just see some sets for like $800 and I’m sorry but that’s crazy to me!! The double stroller I want (DS will be 2 in feb) is $399 and I even think that’s a little much. Haha. But compared to the ones I’m crushing on ($1200ish) I guess I can suck it up. Lol. I do have an umbrella stroller I keep in my vehicle that’s like a heavier duty one, but I mostly just like it for at the mall or something like that where I gotta fit in tight spaces.

    @Kenya715 Pretty sure I’m showing already too. I know a lot of it is bloat, but when I lay on my back I can see and feel my uterus. It doesn’t help that I still have some fluff left over from DS lol.

    Nausea and headaches are getting really old! Lol.  They are bad before lunch and at bed time.

    Had my second US today... we're monitoring a SCH. Perfect little gummy bear was very active with hr of 178.  I have my first midwife appointment Wednesday.

    None today.  Unless anyone has had experience you can share about SCH?

    I'm ready for the second trimester already!

    What do you do for a living?
    I own a day spa and I'm also a massage therapist. I've cut down on doing massage for now... waiting to get my energy back!
