    What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves? 
    Rant- I have an MFM consult appointment today, I'm hoping to hear the heartbeat.  Also, half day at work.  Rave-I have a cough and cold, and generally don't feel like being at work today.  I've also had this annoying muscle spasm-"eyelid twitch" feeling in my left upper abdomen off and on since 4:00 this morning.  
    Any upcoming appointments?
    MFM consult this afternoon, AS 12/20, midwife 12/27
    GTKY: What's the most embarrassing trend you followed growing up?  
    I've never really been much of a trend follower, but remember the "ringed tee" fad of the mid 90s?  I had one that had a devil smiley face on one side and an angel smiley face on the other.  The placement was unfortunate and everyone made fun of me that one boob was the good one, and one was the evil one.  I only wore that shirt once.

    18+6. Baby is pomegranate sized according to the bump. Due date May 8.

    What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves? 

    I'm feeling not too badly, and am enjoying the little second trimester break of not being super nauseated or exhausted. I am a little annoyed that I seem to have already hit the point of needing to pee 3+ times a night, when it doesn't generally seem to be that bad during the day! I still have no idea if I'm feeling baby movement or not and it's starting to make me actually crazy. I've felt some things I THINK might be him, but I'm really not sure.  

    Any upcoming appointments?

    Nothing this week, but my AS is coming up on 12/19 and OB appointment on 12/21.

    GTKY: What's the most embarrassing trend you followed growing up?  

    I was kind of too much of a nerd to properly follow any trends. I did own a crimper though and there is photographic evidence of it being used more times that I wish it was.

    18+2 May 12. Baby is an artichoke or a croissant depending on the app

    Nothing this week. We did get a few things done around the house to prepare for baby this weekend. And we’ve officially decided on Molly Suzanne as her name. I plan on referring to her as Molly but I’m not getting anything official (monograms or anything like that) until I meet her and I’m sure.

    GTKY: What's the most embarrassing trend you followed growing up?
    uhhh probably those dumb rubber bracelets that supposedly meant you had performed various sex acts. Those were popular as I started high school. Pretty sure a black one meant actually having sex. I wore like 5 even though I was a virgin. Also I had a bowl cut when I was 4. My mom called it the Dorthy Hamill but it was a bowl cut.  Good GTKY question!

    @bjkay22 I need to know what year you started high school, because I have NO idea what you're talking about with the bracelets!!!  Am I that old, or just that nerdy?  LOL

    I started high school in 2005-2006. I graduated in 2010. I’m one of the younger moms on the board, I believe, at 25. These were very popular in my local area but as we just figured out how to use social media (ie myspace) I’m not 100 percent sure it was a national trend. I’ll attach a pic. They were sold at like hot topic and Spencer’s. They were not marketed as “Sex bracelets” but it was like universally acknowledged that they represented that. Each color was a different base basically. Also a lot of high schools ended up banning them. Lol  edit to add: I was NOT super cool in high school. I wasn’t like picked on but I took my newspaper editing job at the school paper very seriously so you can imagine I was a dork

    lol @sandbar517 class of '01 here, so we are "old" together.  I don't know when that happened, I still feel like I'm in my 20's.

    19 weeks (5/6 or 7). Size of a four-toed hedgehog. 

    What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves? 
    Got a lot done this weekend, so that was good. I'm a little nervous bc I was feeling the LO pretty much daily last week and since yesterday I'm not feeling anything (or nothing as distinct as before). 

    In other news, I finally have a bump that is more than bloat :worried:

    Any upcoming appointments?
    Anatomy scan isn't until next Thurs, 12/21. I wanna know the sex so badly. I was doing well with waiting until this past week and it's driving me insane. 

    GTKY: What's the most embarrassing trend you followed growing up?  
    This was more like college (and may be an UO because I know people still wear them), but I wore Uggs one winter and they shrunk when I wore them in the snow and were worthless. I didn't think they were cute, but everyone had them, so I bought some and they were still not cute and shrunk immediately. Also they kill the sheep to make them and that makes me sad so I regret ever buying those boots.

    @bjkay22 oh man I'd heard of those bracelets but totally thought they were a myth!

    @sandbar517 @bwow615 I'm '01 as well, woo oldies! :D

    @silverhope I am totally with you on the Uggs, I have never understood the point of winter boots that get ruined in wet weather. My current winter boots are actually Uggs brand but just normal really warm, waterproof leather boots which I actually love, but I sometimes feel kind of embarrassed by the brand just because of the association.

    Sick with a cold and it’s sucks ass!!! Sadly I’m sure this won’t be my only cold this season.

    I liked NKOTB when I was like 7. I didn’t realky follow any weird trends.

    What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves? My hisband git to feel our little guy kick!! not much else pregnancy related, but trying to wrap up Christmas shopping!

    Any upcoming appointments? anatomical survey on Thursday! 

    GTKY: What's the most embarrassing trend you followed growing up? too many? I'm not sure about the most embarrassing, but I look back and depise the super tight , super high slicked back pony tail in middle school.

    ETA: Class of '05, my husband is class of '00

    Anatomy scan today revealed we are having a girl!! I'm feeling really good and have no complaints.

    This is a hard one...I never really followed any trends. I always did my own thing but most of my friends kept up with the times.

    I am 19 weeks and 5 days, due May 7th, baby is as big as a mango!

    What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves? 
    I'm not throwing up every day! Yesterday I had a weird night time nausea and got sick but otherwise not horrible. I have a weird thirst for anything other than water, sometimes water even makes me feel worse but I know I need it. I wasn't sleeping too well with work but luckily my fall term at school is over!
    I also started to feel baby moving a ton! 
    Any upcoming appointments?
    Yes in a couple days! I'm going to ask her a lot about the delivery process because I have no idea what to expect and I'm actually a little scared!

    GTKY: What's the most embarrassing trend you followed growing up?  

    I followed that funny bracelet trend, even the jean skirt and leggings look. I graduated in 2013.
