Most Embarassing Pregnancy Purchases

I never thought at 33 I would be buying something to help me from peeing my pants but here we are.

Anyone else have super embarsssing pregnancy purchases? I could use a good laugh now that I don’t have to worry about setting myself anymore.

    I'm right there with you. I keep thinking it's too early to be having this problem! I had not thought about wearing liners, but I should probably pick some up...

  • ...Probably the twenty dollars worth of canned peaches I purchased last week.
  • Yep totally using those liners right now too. Had to use in the end of my last pregnancy more out of fear of a leak than anything. This time around I have definitely already snissed myself a couple of times. Fortunately I was at home and it was nothing major but definitely could be embarrassing at work or out and about.
  • @hotmessmamax3, as someone who sneezes every single day, I really need to join the panty liner party.

    @pandakov, that sounds delicious!

    As as for me, it’s probably ordering decaf coffee before 4:00 pm. Then when the hand it to me, confirming “this is decaf right!?”

  • I'm going to add ordering virgin drinks at a restaurant to this list ONLY because of all the stares from strangers at other tables who don't know it has no alcohol in it.
    I dislike being the center of attention.
  • Oh and hemmeroid cream. Nothing says sexy like laying down a big tube of that on the grocery store conveyor belt.
  • I feel like I'm way less embarrassed to buy stuff while pregnant, especially food.
    Like, "yeah I'm buying 2 bags of donuts, box of brownies, 3 bags of chips, and a jar of pickles. It'll be delicious."
  • @jenbabymama super embarrassing and unnecessary! Unless you’re having some kind of aversion to it, then I just wouldn’t eat it personally. I ate a mid-rare filet last weekend and it was fantastic.
  •  @suchaglencoco I went to Panera the other day to order food for a lunch meeting. It was a fairly small meeting (only 5 people) so instead of having it delivered I just went in to pick it up. The girl asked “is this for here or to go” and then immediately said “oh sorry of course it’s to go; this is too much food for one person” and I replied “hey you never know” while glancing at my big ol belly. :D
