    I get soreness all over in various places here and there. Just stretching I would imagine.

    Yup I have that lately. I think it is the baby pushing upon that area.

    Yes the last 2 weeks I noticed my upper tummy is very sore, as if someone had beat me up..

    Yes!  I think it's partly because the baby is pushing up and partly because the bottom of my bra pushes in the same place, only the opposite direction.  It feels like it should be bruised, but it looks fine.
