1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 34 weeks - butternut squash
2) How are you feeling? Worn out. I caught a cold from DS and keep low-key snissing myself whenever I get into a coughing spell, so that's annoying.
3) Any appointments this week/last? Growth scan on the 7th! Trying to decide if I should ask DH to bring DS so he can see.
4) How are baby preparations going? My cyber Monday Target order is trickling in, so I now have diapers, crib rail covers, and Lilypadz. Still need [DH] to deal with the junk in the room. We went ahead and ordered DS a twin bed for Xmas so that takes care of the mattress debate.
5) Rants/Raves/Questions?
6) GTKY - If you have one, what's your nickname or pet name for baby? I was secretly calling him Beymax (baby Max) for a while even though I knew DH was going to veto the name Max. Mostly we just call him baby brother or Dinosaur.

1) How far along are you? How big is baby?
35 weeks. Pineapple.

2) How are you feeling?
I'm tired. And sore. But overall feeling much better than I was feeling at this point in my last pregnancy.

3) Any appointments this week/last?
I finally have a prenatal massage on Monday (after my last one cancelled on me) and then my midwifery appointment on Thursday.

4) How are baby preparations going?
I'm calling it done.

5) Rants/Raves/Questions?
Nope!

6) GTKY - If you have one, what's your nickname or pet name for baby?
Haha well...she's called Wolfgang. We've always started the pregnancy calling our babies silly German names. DD was Heinz.

33 weeks - junior tennis racket/celery

2) How are you feeling?
Tired. Less grumpy, so that’s good.

3) Any appointments this week/last?
Had three last. Two next. I think this BPP will include a growth scan, which I’m excited about. I want to know how big little man is!

4) How are baby preparations going?
No updates. Still need to do a ton, but not much motivation.

5) Rants/Raves/Questions?
None that I can think of.

1) How far along are you? How big is baby?
34 weeks, so this week is another squash, lol. Y'all ever notice how many of these weeks are squahes?

At our last growth scan (32 weeks) we were told she was on the small side of average, which checks out with her brother as well. He was 7 pounds on at birth.

2) How are you feeling?
Large. Perpetually annoyed with everything. Very unfocused, mildly overwhelmed but not with enough energy to care, lol.

3) Any appointments this week/last?
Monday we have the weekly BPP, the regular 34 week check-up, and then the hospital pre-admission visit. Also I have work and a final presentation for class.

4) How are baby preparations going?
I feel like we're at the stage where we have enough to get by when she shows up? A friend ended up giving us a crib and a pack n play, we have mattress and sheets, we have clothes and diapers and wipes. We have a car seat. I bought pads and giant underwear and nursing pads. I wanna get a few more stretchy nursing bras, but I'm feeling partially confident.

5) Rants/Raves/Questions?
Ugghhhhh I am so over having to do anything.

6) GTKY - If you have one, what's your nickname or pet name for baby?
We called her Magikarp until she had a name, and now we just tend to refer to her by name. Occasionally she gets called Wee Baby Baker. She has sort of inherented the nickname Tiny Squish, which I'd frequently called my son. He's been upgraded be Big Squish, which he likes.

Holy moly December is right!! How did that happen!??

1) How far along are you? How big is baby?
36 weeks (!!!) Papaya
2) How are you feeling?
very pregnant, still lol. Mostly just so so tired. Can’t sleep at night well but thankfully able to take some long day time naps. Today’s was 5 hours !!
3) Any appointments this week/last?
had my 35 Wk ultrasound which I thought was a growth us but apparently it was really nothing but checking on her generally. Love seeing her but a little underwhelming. But I guess that means everything is good and on target so I should be greatful! She’s headdown facing back which is easier for delivery I guess. She appears to be bald (just like DS lol) good thing we have lots of bows. Guess the heartburn old wives tale is not true haha. But she said since I’ve been measuring exactly on all this time by fundal height she doesn’t do the measurements by us ?? I dunno. But fluid and placenta all look good too so I guess a - ok!
4) How are baby preparations going?
hmmm...well....not much more than last week honestly lol. I’ve still got time, right ?!

5) Rants/Raves/Questions?

6) GTKY - If you have one, what's your nickname or pet name for baby?
I’ve been calling her cake bump since the beginning (I was making DS birthday cake and you know when you later two rounds and have to cut off that top part to make it flat - I called it the cake bump and then she became my little cake bump). But now that we’ve named her Lily (90% sure) I’ve started a few others - Lily Bean, lil Lily and DS wants to call her Lily pad. I’m glad he’s finally accepted that we are not actually going to name her Hello Kitty which he’s been insisting on for months lol

32 weeks, a squash
2) How are you feeling?
I caught the crud going around. Coughing hurts and (as mentioned above), snissing myself. Ugh.
3) Any appointments this week/last?
I have my 32 week check up on Wednesday
4) How are baby preparations going?
Nursery is almost done. Just need to get a couple more things and hubby is making a couple more things for the room then we are done. I have the diaper bag packed. Hospital bag started and the car seat is being put in the car this week.
5) Rants/Raves/Questions?
Lack of sleep is a real thing. That is all I want right now is a good full night of sleep without waking in discomfort.
6) GTKY - If you have one, what's your nickname or pet name for baby?
We have just been calling the baby by his name. One of my friends calls him a nugget. But nothing else

1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 34 weeks, butternut squash (again?!)

2) How are you feeling? Meh. Hormonal. Trying to keep a positive mindset and I think it’s working. Physically – I swell up after a full day of work, which makes me hate work even more.

3) Any appointments this week/last? Wednesday – just a regular urine, BP, weigh in, measure, etc. On Friday I have my first prenatal massage. I booked two and after the first I might book them weekly until babe arrives.

4) How are baby preparations going? Well, we have mostly everything we need…I think. Who knows?! Ha.

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant – I’m actually annoyed that I don’t get any more ultrasounds. The last was 14 weeks ago – the anatomy scan. It seems that up here in BC they don’t do them unless they absolutely have to, but my friends in Alberta (next province over) have been getting them.

6) GTKY - If you have one, what's your nickname or pet name for baby? We have a funny hybrid of both of names like Brangelina – everyone uses it. It might be what’s taking us so long finding a name for this baby.

@ollydolly I've only had two ultrasounds - the dating ultrasound and the anatomy scan. Booooo.

@ollydolly I think I'm only getting another one because my measurements jumped off the normal curve in my last 2 appointments. DS was big (9-3) so I suspect they're going to use this measurement to decide whether to encourage me towards an RCS or VBAC.
