Morning Sickness Exponentially Worse @ 12 Weeks?

Hi All --
I'm 12 weeks along and (sorry if TMI) have had morning sickness w/nausea and very limited vomiting (like 3 times during the whole pregnancy). Since about 9:00 last night, though, I've thrown up 3 times. I've got no stomach cramps and no diarrhea. Just curious if this is just a super increase in morning sickness? Or could I have picked up some kind of stomach bug?
Just thought I'd ask for some peace of mind...I have my NT scan tomorrow, so that's something to look forward to.

If MS is getting worse at 12wks I'd assume it's probably a bug- ''tis the season.
