The other day we were at Target and this mom was lecturing her 12ish year old daughter telling her that she didn't need a starbucks coffee that is was unhealthy for her. Then as we were leaving, they were too and the mom (of 4 kids, youngest in an infant carrier) lit up her cigarette and hopped in the car with the kids and the windows were closed, not that that helps.
The bundled parents and not kids pisses me off too.
my SIL blaming my neice's RSV on the family getting together for the holidays when no one was sick. my neice got a cold from her sister who goes to daycare and then it spread to her lungs.

When other parents let their kids shove their faces in my LO's face and dirty, sticky hands touching him. Drives me nuts. And parents who don't wipe thier kids noses!
Not really with babies but I hate when parents bring children to parties/picnics and don't watch them. It's as though they are relying on other guests to watch their kids. It really annoys me!
When their kids are running around like crazy and being rude and the parents don't pay attention or care!!! I usually say something snotty so they hear me!!
When you are in a restaurant and there is some obnoxious kid in the booth behind you staring at you and the parents just laugh. They don't tell the kid to turn around and sit in the seat!!!

DITTO!!!! We are friends with a couple who's children are absolutely out of control. They bring them to every get together and then let them run around like maniacs.
When I see babies, specifically in the mall, being fed in their stoller from a bottle propped up with a burprag while the mom is pawing through clothes. Take a minute, sit with your child and feed them properly! Worse yet, a friend of mine used to do this at HOME with the carseat so she could continue putzing around. BOND WITH YOUR CHILD! You won't get to do this forever... enjoy it while you can!
When I see parents strolling about midday with hats and sunglasses to fend off the Arizona sun, meanwhile, baby has no hat, no sunglasses, and the canopy is either pulled back, not long enough, or not even present. PROTECT YOUR CHILD LIKE YOU DO YOURSELF....
I think this is the Arizona version of not bundleing up the baby when you are sporting a parka and snowboots.
When they dont support their infants head....I cant stand watching someone pick up a tiny baby and their little heads are just hanging down behind them!
Re: Baby Pet Peeves...
Pacifiers that look like hillbilly teeth and the like. I see them waaaay too much where I'm from.

Oh, thought of another one:
