Christmas lists for baby

We have family asking for a list for the new baby! What are you asking for for the new littles?! 
So far I have Oball rattles, B. Toy wind up cars, and a fisher price sit me up. 

Also those that have older kudos what are some things on their list?!

    We know my mom is getting our little one a jumper for Christmas but besides that I have no idea what else she needs cause she has so much now. DH and I talked about getting her a big box of wipes and diapers from costco cause you can never have to many....I am interested to see what others have on there list.

    I am sure my parents and MIL will buy things for our daughter. We were just talking about this yesterday and we have no idea what we would get her, if anything. She has a lot of stuff and is so young, not sure what is worth it. 

    I did buy a small canvas that says baby's first Christmas and it comes with paint to put their foot prints on it. Not really a gift, but something commemorative.

    We have plenty of toys leftover from DD and also lots of clothes. For DD we had borrowed one of those exersauacer/ activity center type things so I asked for that. I also asked for diapers! Ha!

    I said clothes 3-12months. We also need an activity mat, pack n play, cloth diaper liners, and I’m sure we’ll get toys but we didn’t ask for them.

    I haven't asked for anything. Heck, I only got him one gift because we already bought everything. MIL has been giving us diapers but I have to break the news to her that they aren't working for LO.  I'm sure the family will think of something for him.

    Thinking of adding a push toy/doll wagon and some wodden blocks!

    We asked only for diapers, much to the dismay of the grandparents. But that really is all we need. 

    We we are not getting our daughter any gifts ourselves. Probably not next year either, as she will still be too young to really understand Christmas and gifts. When we do start gifting, we had settled on a 4 gift limit: a want, a need, something to wear, and something to read.  And stockings. That’s it. 

    My my mother in law, though, has basically said she does not really care that we want to reign in the excessive gifting.  She’s Gramma, and Gramma gets to do what she wants. Trying to remember to pick my battles. I’d rather reign in the random “no reason” gifting or showing up wit a gift or trinket every time she stops by like she did with my nieces and nephews.

    @curiousfool1 my husband feels the same way as you. Baby has no clue yet what’s going on and we have everything we need so probably won’t really buy anything for him other than some memory stuff like baby’s first Christmas ornament and getting him his name stocking.

    @curiousfool1 we are basically doing the same approach. But both of our mothers are excessive gift givers (hence the 50+ outfits, 20 toys and other items our 11 day old daughter has). We have tried to talk with both and they don't want to listen. LO is the first grandchild on both sides and it has been a gift gifting spree.

    We also dont plan on getting baby anything for Christmas. We bought everything prior to her delivery so I really can't think of anything she needs. We will also ask for diapers and maybe formula as well if anyone ask what can they get. She definetly doesn't need any clothes.
