What's the most creative size for baby you've seen for baby this week? Jacks lol
Food you're craving/avoiding? Does avoiding everything count? I cannot get a handle on this sickness. Either the diclegis isn’t working, or I’m just in for an extra torturous time.
What's up in your world this week (appointments/symptoms/life)? I have to call MFM since they moved my due date back, which means my appts will get moved back too. Otherwise just back to the grind on Monday.
Questions?
GTKY: What was your favorite children's show growing up? the magic school bus was always good
Me: 28 | Husband: 39 Married March 2016 DD: born 7.22.16 DS EDD: 6.23.18
What's the most creative size for baby you've seen for baby this week? I only see the Bump's size measurement when I open the app - this week is a strawberry. Seems a lot bigger than last week's cherry.
Food you're craving/avoiding? Eating all the food. Sorry you're so sick, @sunshineandwhiskey! That sounds miserable. I ate myself to a tummy ache yesterday...totally self inflicted. Since thanksgiving is my favorite food and we say I'm eating for 3 (baby + nursing DS) I went a little overboard. I regret nothing
What's up in your world this week? We'll be travelling to see our families for Christmas and DH had to work today, so it was just DH, DS and I for thanksgiving. Wishing we were with family. BUT DH did set up all our Christmas lights and outside decorations up before work today. And hopefully we'll get a tree this weekend. I christmas!!!
Questions?
GTKY: What was your favorite children's show growing up? Full House was the best. I was so excited when Fuller House came out on Netflix...but couldn't even finish it because it was sooo bad.
@sunshineandwhiskey - If you're still having a hard time eating and battling nausea, I'd ask for a different script. I was given Phenergan to start out with, and that worked for a few days and then didn't do anything once my nausea/vomiting started getting worse. I was switched to Zofran, and I felt like a whole new person. @katelynrae86 - The measurements seem to be super weird at times, don't they? Like, I've seen some huge strawberries, and even "normal sized" strawberries are like double the size of a cherry... I'm so jealous of your Christmas decorating already! I told H that the tree farm we get our tree from (owners are friends of mine) opened yesterday, and he just gave me a grumpy face, lol. He doesn't like living trees anyway, and I think if we had one up for a whole month he'd have a coronary.
What's the most creative size for baby you've seen this week? Ferrera Rocher
Food you're craving/avoiding? Craving mustard all the time on everything. I wanted chicken nuggets smothered in mustard with a size of mustard and fries last night. Ugh. We had burgers and fries instead, and of course I covered it all in a lot of mustard! I don't really have any aversions at the moment. My nausea and vomiting are getting better, and I was able to just take one Zofran in the morning yesterday, so I'm considering that a huge win.
What's up in your world this week (appointments/symptoms/life)? Nothing this week. Work and school.
GTKY: What was your favorite children's show growing up? Bear in the Big Blue House, Courage the Cowardly Dog, CatDog, Rugrats... I loved Saved by the Bell, 7th Heaven... I wasn't super picky, lol.
What's the most creative size for baby you've seen this week?
This is the Ovia Pregnancy dashboard. It shows baby’s hand and foot size compared to 9 months (the little orange spot inside the outline), and compared Baby to the size of jacks.
Food you're craving/avoiding? Very random cravings, and if I don’t eat what I’m actually craving I end up sick. Hubby has had to go on so many one-item grocery trips. Chicken nuggets, ramen noodles, hot pockets, pickles, orange juice.
And yes, I echo what everyone has said about different prescription. Doc gave me Zofran and I’m in love. I try to only take it sparingly, after I’ve tried eating some things and kept none of them down. Still take 2 diclegis every night. @sunshineandwhiskey What's up in your world this week (appointments/symptoms/life)? Not much. Just enjoying the time off of work for Thanksgiving.
Questions? Not right now. Actually, what does GTKY stand for? I answer it every week and still have no clue.
GTKY: What was your favorite children's show growing up? All about that Nickelodeon! Rugrats, Legends of the Hidden Temple, all those kids game shows.
1. Peanut butter m&m. DH thought that was hilarious. 2. I’m not craving anything but seem to be avoiding everything. I seriously have to go day by day. Grocery shopping is a nightmare. 3. No appts for another 2 weeks but we did announce to everyone. I’ll post pics at the bottom. I wanted to include my US photo but it sucks and the coloring is weird. GTKY: I loved Hey Arnold and All That!

1. I don't have it but I like the Ovia app. post from @lovetakesworkman 2. All the food sucks unfortunately. I keep crossing foods off the list because I associate things I eat with nausea. 3. Official pregnancy confirmation appt. on Wednesday to confirm with doctor although I already had an US at 6 weeks. Hoping for another US to get better due date prediction. 4. Anything on PBS (Sesame Street, Magic School Bus, Ghostwriters, Wishbone)
What's the most creative size for baby you've seen this week?
kumquat - mainly because I have no idea what the actual size of one of these are...
Food you're craving/avoiding? Craving burritos - surprisingly avoiding ice cream as it just hasn't sounded good lately (this is abnormal for me as I love ice cream) What's up in your world this week (appointments/symptoms/life)?
Busy week at work; deadlines to meet due to the end of the month approaching. Next appt is not until 12/11/17 (US)
Questions? Curious when women start buying baby stuff? I just hit the 10 week mark and DH and I went Black Friday shopping but I was hesitant to buy baby stuff as I feel it may still be too soon and there is still a risk of MC.
GTKY: What was your favorite children's show growing up? Rugrats & The Big Comfy Couch (90's kid all the way)

@izza2@lovetakesworkman Thanks ladies for all the suggestions! I think i'm going to call the doc this week and see what they say. @katelynrae86 Yes to Full House! I still watch it haha @profmcgonagall OMG your dog Love the announcement! @srb1028 I think it is totally up to you. Some ladies wont buy things for awhile yet, while I already bought our second crib and dresser. We were already planning on moving DD into "her" room, but now I want to make sure we do it at least 6 months before this LO, so I had the money, and just went for it lol
