Testing: BFN yesterday and temp drop today. Most likely out but looking forward to the RE meeting on Tuesday.
R/R: Rave: We had a wonderful time hosting my family this year. My parents bought a piece of land about 45 minutes from us which we're excited about! They'll build their retirement house there. Rant: An old back injury has been flaring up the past couple of days. H says our new insurance probably covers PT though so I may finally be able to have it taken care of.
CS/Q: Naw
GTKY: We just did one of my favorites yesterday, which is to go out to a local tree farm to pick out our Christmas tree. H and I have gone four years now. I guess the next one I'm looking forward to is decorating gingerbread houses/cookies with my family.
Testing: I'm trying my hardest to wait until 12/1. I almost tested this morning even though I knew it would be negative. Then once I start testing, I can't stop.
R/R: We finished decorating the outside of the house and it makes me so happy. I love Christmas time.
CS/Q: None
GTKY: What holiday tradition are you looking forward to next month? My husband grew up in Switzerland so we celebrate St. Nicholas Day on December 6th. Lots of yummy food and we do a Secret Santa.

CS/Q: I can not for the life of my figure out how to share a non-thumb version of my chart, help? I am also confused by the dip yesterday at 5DPO, that is too early for an implantation dip right?

@SkilledSailor Cutting down our own tree is my favourite tradition as well, and a new one that we just started last year. Last year was my first cold Christmas, so I wanted to do all the things! Sorry about your back, definitely try and see a PT or a chiropractor if you can. Will be thinking of you on Tuesday!
@eleven_ Oh do you go all out with your outside decorations? We put up a couple strings of lights and are still working on our collection. Switzerland must have been beautiful at Christmas time!

GTKY: What holiday tradition are you looking forward to next month? Cutting down our tree! Which we will do next weekend. We take the dog and do the hot cocoa and everything. Last year the tree was enormous and took up half out living room. Our goal is to find one less invasive this year.
@SkilledSailor I'm glad you had a good time with your family! That's awesome that your parents will be building a home so close to you. @eleven_ I want to put lights up on our porch, but there are no outlets to plug them in. Post pics of your decorations! @legallykate I just take a screenshot of my chart and post that. I wouldn't read too much into a temp dip. CS/Q: Temps are high from progesterone, but I keep getting my hopes up anyway.
GTKY: What holiday tradition are you looking forward to next month? Right now I'm just looking forward to getting our tree up! We have to figure out how to set it up in such a way that our cats can't destroy it. It'll be a challenge!

@SkilledSailor - yay for chopping down the christmas tree! that's so much fun to do. What kind did you get? Hope your back feels better soon (and that you can get some PT!)
@eleven_ - St. Nicholas Day!! how awesome that you guys do that.
@legallykate - Some people just share a link, and those who get charts bigger either take a screenshot from their home page. I know for images, etc. i can resize the image using html, but haven't tried it with FF code, so not sure if/how that would work. I agree with @SkilledSailor, maybe some spa stuff, mani/pedi, massage? Some girl time away from the kids.
@nitnat007 - LOLing at the "less invasive this year". Hope you can get a quieter day!
@darkstar42 - SO excited for you! FX! Also, the cats. We have two, one of who is a kitty tornado. We don't decorate the last third of our tree. Anything below that line is easy prey for getting knocked off the tree. We're debating where to put it, our current furniture layout works well but we'd have to move something to get it in a more kitty-safe zone. I want to move the couch so it is kitty-safe, DH wants to put the tree in front of our bookcases (essentially creating kitty launch zone).
also, only a few precious ornaments (the ones my grandma made, etc.) go on the tree at the top. anything i'm worried about getting broken (and irreplaceable) won't go on.
@legallykate I have come to the conclusion that analyzing charts in the TWW is a mind F! I would get so excited when my temp would stay up high all the way through, look perfect and so promising. But then it drops the day before AF shows up. whomp whomp. I second the spa idea. Or wine club. Something along those lines.
@darkstar42 You are motivating me to get my crochet stuff out too. I have been wanting to get some new yarn to make a hat. Need to get on that.
@SkilledSailor Cutting it down can be a challenge (especially when the saw isn't the sharpest lol). But we loved it and the pup loved being out there with us. It was a full on adventure!

This is my first cycle ttc, not even sure I ovulated as I didn't get a positive Lh, and my temps where all over the place. Fertility friend said O occurred CD 32 so I'm going with that. This is way more stressful than I imagined.
Good luck everyone!
