21 weeks! Baby is the size of an Endive or a dragon egg. Frankly from what they told me at my appoint on Thursday I would assume he is WAY bigger then that.

Pretty good just a little uncomfortable

Nope not until December I'll have an appointment and have to take a 3 hour glucose

I'm really happy that we are having a boy now I'm ever more excited for April because I can't wait to meet him.
5. What is a guilty pleasure you have?
This may be odd but I really enjoy watching youtube videos that are clips from movies and tv shows where a big romantic gesture or kiss happens. Like in the notebook when they kiss standing on the dock in the rain, or from One Tree Hill with anything that has Nathan and Haley. I get such a high from it.

Good pregnancy-wise. I'm fighting a head cold and hoping it passes soon.

Tomorrow! I have another cervix check-up and the anatomy scan

Just excited for a few days off for Thanksgiving. If no one books our beach house this weekend, we are going to spend the weekend there and I can't wait!!!
5. What is a guilty pleasure you have?
Typically, I would say lots and lots of wine, but not recently, so I will stick with cheesy hallmark movies and ice cream.

The dreams are getting crazy. I don't remember them for long, but they wake me up at night.

I've got nothing good here, but does buying myself a pair of winter boots that I really want, but do not need count? I'm tempted to make the purchase today since I'm an REI member and the 20% off a full price item coupon is good through today. Still undecided though.

Good! Some heartburn and feeling baby little by little.

Not until Dec 7! Had our anatomy scan last Friday and everything looks good. Attributing not feeling baby so much to an anterior placenta though!

Hung out with the family for thanksgiving last night and got a crash course in entertaining babies . So tiring haha.
5. What is a guilty pleasure you have?
Fountain cokes have been amazing , as someone who didn't drink much soda prepregnancy. Moderation!
@irenejean, I think you should buy the boots. I just splurged on a maternity coat even though I probably could have made my regular one work.

Other than occasional headaches, I'm feeling great! Feeling so thankful for that.

20 weeks scan next week...I can't wait!! Sonographer said 80% chance of girl at 12 weeks, but my midwife said that he probably couldn't really tell. Losing my mind with anticipation!

I'm finally feeling so movements in there!! I'm so excited about it. I usually feel them in the evening when I'm on the couch. Also, I started my registry this weekend at Buy Buy Baby and it was SO overwhelming! I feel like I only scratched the surface.
5. What is a guilty pleasure you have?
Currently, it's eating Hot Cheetos. My students really love them and I always tell them how they aren't a healthy snack (I don't allow them in my classroom because I don't like red fingerprints all over). I have a secret stash in my desk now!!

Really good except that baby is sitting way high up and making it hard to breathe. Drop down, little one!

I can't wait to travel to my parents' house for Thanksgiving! I'm even more excited than usual because we found out last week that baby is a girl and we get to tell my whole family while we're there.
5. What is a guilty pleasure you have?
Binge-watching old shows like The Office and HIMYM. There could be dozens of new shows people tell me to watch, but I end up sticking with things I've seen a thousand times already.

Good for the most part! Sciatic pain is no joke though!

At A/S last week, they said I have placenta previa so I go back for a repeat ultrasound Dec12th.

My vacation starts right after Thanksgiving! Taking DD to Disney while she's still free and celebrating my birthday while there!

Chocolate/chocolate chip cookies all day, every day!

Generally better but the hip and back pain is definitely acting up more and more and I’m also sick right now so there’s that.

I weaned my son from breastfeeding over the weekend and it went smoother than I thought it would but I’ve entered the super emotional point of the pregnancy and Ive been crying nonstop about my son weaning and feeling sad and anxious about him not being my only baby soon. Okay and now I’m crying again after writing that.
5. What is a guilty pleasure you have?
I’m 30 years old and I still secretly watch The Real World and The Challenge. I just love mindless stupid reality tv like that...

2. How are you feeling lately?
Good. Feeling those little kicks is the best. A little sad we aren't going home for Thanksgiving but I'm so ready for the short week and some time to relax!

A/S next Monday morning! I think we are going to find out the sex. Can't wait.

The last week has been a whirlwind. We were house hunting, then decided to put it on hold and continue to rent our house until after the baby comes. THEN we saw an amazing house come up last Friday, put an offer in the same day, and it was just accepted! We aren't going to move in until our current lease is up, so I will be moving at 8 months preggo (again!), but I am so excited about the house. And this means I'll have a nursery to decorate
5. What is a guilty pleasure you have?
@keeksie84 my guilty pleasure is Gray's Anatomy! I can't quit that show even after all the drama, deaths, fires, explosions, gunmen etc..... I will always love those early seasons
@keeksie84 Yes that's one of my guilty pleasures! I admit the show does get a bit ridiculous as the seasons go on, but I still love it.

2. How are you feeling lately?
Great—actually I ran out of diclegis on Saturday night and decided not to refill and see how I feel. This is my first no-diclegis day since 6 weeks. So far so good!

I was supposed to get a call to schedule my 20 week ultrasound but haven’t yet. Hopefully that will be some time next week.

5. What is a guilty pleasure you have?
I take really long showers—like an hour long. I know it’s terrible for the environment and it adds to our utility bill but I love long showers.
@julzy My DH and our two friends and I are obsessed with the MTV Challenge shows. No shame. Every time Jonnie Bananas goes home without winning is a good day in my book.
@julzy I miss watching the old school MTV Challenges, I haven't really watched any of the current ones because I don't know who a lot of the people are.

Sorry for posting and ghosting today but it's a busy day. Hope to make it back on later to actually contribute and check in with how everyone is doing. Trying to stay on top of all my work so I can leave tomorrow on time and not have to worry about anything the rest of the week. My H and I are touring daycares on Wednesday morning and then we are going to Buy Buy Baby to finish off our registry. So it's going to be a busy week!

I love trash TV. Some of my favs are the Kardashians, Dr. Phil, Judge shows like Judge Judy, 90 day fiance, and Cheaters.

19 weeks. Size of a tomato, or spicy zucchini, which I feel are conflicting sizes....

I have been feeling really good! Have some food aversions, and definitely getting the body feelings of, I'm pregnant.

Next week Tuesday is my anatomy scan, and we find out the sex. I AM SO EXCITED. and the only appointment my husband goes to, so that's kinda exciting too lol

Uh, Netflix binge watching..FOR SURE. Right now I finally ran out of everything and am watching Pretty Little Liars....SO GOOD, and addicting.

@keeksie84 I know exactly how you feels about the baby registry! I have slowly been adding and removing things for the past few months. Luckily two of my close friends have had showers within the past year so I have been looking at their old registries and copying what they got! It has also been nice to be able to ask what they though of the product now that they have been using it for awhile.

@julzy Awwe, I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time with the weaning. That is an emotional thing to go through not to mention having the extra pregnancy hormones contributing to it.
@mountainsmama Congratulations on the house! I totally know how you feel about saying goodbye to all the down payment money. My H and I bought our first house in May and we really wanted to put the full 20% down so we didn't have to have mortgage insurance. We don't regret the decision now that we have had a few months to bounce back but it was so painful to wake up one morning and for allll of that money to just be "gone". It's obviously an investment and money we still "have" but it takes a second to wrap your head around it!
@rmmorris Why didn't they schedule your U/S at your last appointment? I would be on the phone with them by now, my anxiety wouldn't let me just wait for them to call me lol
@julzy same on the Challenges. Love watching it. And I was secretly excited CT was 3rd so there is a chance he would be back, but I always cheer for him.

Off and on. Still have slight nausea from time to time and had awful indigestion. I was up until 4am cause my ribs felt like they were collapsing in and ended up throwing up again.

I wish we had nowhere to go Thanksgiving weekend. I am glad we have dinners with everyone, but the whole weekend is already packed with plans.

I am in my early 30s and still watch the Teen Mom series. I watched all the girls from 16 and pregnant until now except Teen Mom 3. No thanks to that.

1. How many weeks along are you? How big is baby? 18 weeks today. Baby is the size of an artichoke.
2. How are you feeling lately? I've been feeling well this week! My back pain has decreased throughout the day, but it still tends to wake me up at night. I am still feeling fairly normal so that's nice.
3. Any appointments coming up? Next week with my OB just for a check-in.
4. Rants, Raves, Questions? At 2 AM last night I woke up probably due to a sore back but was unable to get back to sleep because baby was kicking away for at least an hour. I love it because it's so new and exciting, but I am hoping it doesn't keep me awake most nights. My husband got to feel baby kick for the first time yesterday.
5. What is a guilty pleasure you have? I love baths and always have. I take at least two a week. Our tub is pretty tiny so I'm sure my days of bathing will come to a halt as the months go on.

@Scuba_chic anecdotal story incoming... This is my second pregnancy with regular cervical checks like what you are experiencing and I have varied from week to week. My techs/OBs have always chalked it up to contractions or something else affecting the cervix to be within an acceptable variance range. FX that its the same for you and next week you come back to the same measurement. Did they mention if you were having a contraction or not?? I've had that happen a few times and they make me wait about 30 minutes and check the length again.
