@tinjp78 my heart breaks for you. It sounds like you and your husband had a great conversation. I agree with @funkykey about this not being anyone’s fault. It’s hard not having an explanation but you both did everything you can. I’m so sorry. @Bababatty I was so hoping for a miricle for you. This sucks. What a terrible week! I’m so sorry!! @artemis618 so much anxiety! Keep us posted but it sounds like everything is okay. It’s great you are letting the nurse know what’s going on. Take it easy. @BusinessWife how did it go?? So excited for you. @hopefulmom how are you?? Thanks for the encouragement. The transfer week didn’t go as planned for me. Such a rollercoaster. I wish it could be easy for all of us. @coco305 it was so great to see you posting! How are you feeling?? @2MomsHoping how have you been doing?? Thanks for the kind words. @laurad75 thanks for the encouragement!! @crystal321 I’m not a doctor but I feel like those are amazing numbers. HCG is super high and I think anything above 15 for progesterone is awesome. It’s so annoying that the doctor didn’t call or at least wrote an e mail instead of just putting things in the portal. I’m thinking this is great news.
AFM just watching tv and relaxing. I’m in complete denial that I’m 1dp6dt.

@crystal321 Your progesterone looks good... most places say 20 and up... It sux you found out about your awesome BPF via patient portal, buuuuut YAY!!!
I hope so @dragonette505.. I have gone through a lot of early loss and I am just freaking out. I am usually super laid back but I am so pissed that they are pulling this shit on a friday. I am going to be an absolute trainwreck.
@artemis618 - bah! I would be beside myself! I'm sure it's nothing, but I'm keeping fingers crossed for you and sending you good vibes.
@Bababatty- there is a bottle of wine with your name on it. A nice one. I hope you have a restful weekend. I also hope you do see another doctor and get a second opinion.
@Crystal321 - I hope you hear back from the RE soon! Looks like a BFP to me! Good luck & Congratulations!! And I hope this weekend isn't too stressful!
@crystal321 that is an excellent beta. My second beta tomorrow will be 14dpt and even if it doubles every 48 hours it still wouldn’t be anywhere near 3000. Your progesterone seems good so I’m not sure what they want it at since they asked you to increase the dose. Mine was very low but that’s supposedly because I’m on suppositories. It really is terrible that they just sent a portal message for something like this and did not call you though.
@artemis618 FX that it is just cervical irritation and everything looks good on Tuesday.
@Bababatty so sorry. It especially sucks that you have to go get stuck again for this. Enjoy all the wine this weekend!
@Irisheyes81 relax this weekend and enjoy PUPO status!
*lurking at home sick* @Crystal321 my progesterone has been at like 35 for the past 10 weeks and my doctors are all pleased with that. Don’t stress. Congrats!
TTC 4 years. 7 failed IUI's with either Clomid, Femara and/or Trigger Shots. Started IVF journey in February 2017. Polyps removed in May. 1st IVF Transfer September 26th. BFP. Expected due date 6/14/18. Baby boy born 5/25/18 at 6 lb 9 oz. My bundle of joy.
Thanks guys.. I finally reached someone and they said everything is fine, they just want my progesterone 2 points higher. I am sure I overreacted but after waiting 2 weeks, then get a halfway answer and told to just enjoy my weekend, I was sweating bullets and furious
We did it! DH was running late from trying to get out of work, but my doctor swapped me around with the other patients and came back to us after he'd arrived. Phew! We went the diner to eat after, and got home and into cozy clothes not too long ago... now here's hoping we can get a funny movie to put on here, break for tonight's pio, and soak up the PASP bliss!!!
@tinjp78 I’m sorry for your negative beta. Its funny how much we can blame ourselves sometimes. When I was out of college for a few years I worked in a lab that used radiation, we used protective equipment and tested but I was young and probably a little sloppy I always wonder if that did something. I think sometimes we beat ourselves up over whatever we can think of but sometimes it doesn’t work and it sucks but its not really anything we did or anyones fault. Hugs to you and your DH.
@artemis618 It’s probably nothing but I can see where that might be a big worry for you, It is probably nothing but maybe a call to you RE will sooth the nerves.
@crystal321 that is some BS. I’m glad someone finally got back to you!
*TW* @bababatty. I’m so sorry for you. When I had my CPs going back to see the betas go down was like salt on the wound. I wish there was a way to avoid it. On my last one I begged them not to make me go back because it was just so sad. Hugs.
AFM - I’m having a rough go of it. Everything with the IVF is going ok but we are looking at a monday ER which is pretty awful because DW has people coming in from NY to train with so there is like no way for her to take off. This has resulted in me mentally regressing into a 2yr old complete with crying jags and temper tantrums. The worst part is I know I’m acting insane but can’t seem to stop it. I go in for another monitoring tomorrow so I’m kinda hoping they hold off for one more day but eh what can I do really? I told the clinic and they do have a cab/car service they can arrange for me which is what I would do to avoid having to explain to a friend or family member why I’ve secretly resumed fertility treatments.

@2MomsHoping I totally understand acting a bit crazy, I did the same when they upped my estrogen. I had to apologize a few times already this month for acting like a whacko.
@Crystal321 - aaah! Great news! Yeah, I mean, would have been nicer to have it confirmed with a phone call than just get beta results over a patient portal, but whatever... YOU ARE PREGNANT!!!!!!! Your hatching embie did its thing!!!
If I had a history of loss I'd be on edge too, I'm sure. But to me, as a total outsider, it looks like this one is the one! Congratulations!!
@2MomsHoping - meh. I would act insane too. It sucks. It's a pretty intimate procedure and a big deal, so I would be super super upset if I couldn't share it with my partner too. Even if a) I knew he was working and b) we needed the money from his job to pay for the procedure (hahaha). Logically, I understand... but emotionally, it'd be tough.
Anyway, if I knew you IRL I'd volunteer to pick you up myself/wait with you. Hopefully though once DW deals with this training, she will be all clear to be there for the embryo transfer?
Thank you @crystal321 I’m glad I’m not the only one having a “moment” here and there.
@funkykey you totally hit the nail on the head its totally illogical for me to be so upset but boy oh boy I think it was just so out of the blue for me that I was shocked.
after a quite night at home by myself I seem to have regained some of my sanity. I’m feeling pretty ok at going it alone and my normal stubborn independence seem to have returned…lets just hope that resolve stays in tact. We are looking at a transfer on Saturday or Sunday next weekend so DW will definitely get to be there for that one. Thats the fun appointment anyway!

@Hopeful_mom The doctor presumed that abdomenal pain I felt as a normal cramp since it didn't have accompanying symptoms to indicate any danger. Thanks for chiming in and I always hope and imagine you holding your miracle baby in your arms soon. Please take care of yourself well.
@dragonette505 Thank you for the hugs. I needed them so badly. Please know that your presence here warms my heart.
@safire3 It helps me know how others are dealing with the issues I have. Sometimes, I feel I'm the only one dealing with that problem. Your response to YH is so precious. My DH is such a fragile monster but I care for him much, I most of the time put his needs before mine.
@artemis618 Thank your for being optimistic for me. I hope and pray that your 'lil one is snuggling well and growing.
@Irisheyes81 Thank you. Rest well and enjoy your time of being PASP! I'm so excited for you. I'll look forward to your updates.
@2MomsHoping Sorry to hear about the set back with you and YW. I'm hoping everything would go smoothly leading to your transfer day.
AFM, today is a new day and DH and I grew a day older and hopefully wiser. We're now back to the drawing board and we have set our first appointment at our new clinic on 11/20. Our conversation topics today are about me having my first acupuncture treatments, maintaining my bmi to above 20, exercise routines and ERA.
It had started snowing last night but I'll do my best to keep myself and my home warm. Thank you again, ladies for having my back.
I am so glad to find you guys here. I had my 5 day embryo on 11.14. And now it's 4 days post my FET. I have zero symptoms. No cramping, no sore boobs.... I am very worried and nervous!
@tinjp78 awwww I am so sorry we're thinking about you. The heart to heart you guys had, im sure was very special. I know you take in a lot & don't like to share with your DH, but I'm glad you were able to share something. And now you guys already have a plan in place - I feel like taking control always makes one feel better.
@bababatty I'm glad our words help you find comfort. We're all in this together. We all understand each other on such a deep level. This board is truly a blessing.
@2momshoping I would be having a meltdown too. Hopefully something works out.
@safire3@crystal321 omg did I forget to congratulate you guys?? Doing the happy dance for you both!!!
And @crystal321 yeah a portal message, I'd be pissed too. I mean it's all so nerve wracking, why add to the stress??
@coco305 try not to worry! Its so early lots of people don't feel anything at that stage. I hope Monday is magical for you!
AFM - I got the call and will be doing an ER on Monday and my freshhozen (FET from my last IVF) on Saturday 11/25.

@coco305. So far so Good! I have been getting a but of cramping on and off, nothing real painful or anything tho. I had started getting cramps when I would stand up too quickly even prior to transfer, attributing just to the PIO, but this is a little different. Honestly, I think it could just even be from the speculum, cos that was like, "WOW!" Holy moly. But I mean, at literally just 24+ hours past transfer, I really can't imagine I'm supposed to be feeling much, right???
@Sarah1516. Congratulations!!! Remember, there's no way for the pregnancy to be causing you symptoms anyway until the hcg is high enough to turn a test. Anything you may or may not be feeling at this point is 100% due to the progesterone. So don't even stress! GL and Welcome!
@BusinessWife I had cramping the first 4-5 days. I was having cramps before the FET as well, but these had more of a pulling sensation and some were sharper pains. So no, it's not too early. It's so hard not to analyze every poke and pull at these early stages lol @Sarah1516 try not to worry, other than cramps, I felt absolutely nothing until 8dp5dt, and then I just smelled EVERYTHING. My boobs are still not sore, and they aren't much bigger than if I were about to have AF. But like everyone is telling me, we are all different (now I should go take my own advice). Try and distract yourself. I was so busy at work, I didn't even realize that the 2ww had passed. It flew by me.
@BusinessWife I’m glad it all worked out. Congrats on being PASP!
@tinjp78 I’m glad you and your H took time to talk, regroup and make a plan. It’s also great that your new consult is soon. FX for your appointment that everything goes well and you can try again soon!
@2MomsHoping it sucks that your wife can’t be there Monday but you are a strong lady and I know you got this! Like you said the transfer is when they actually get to go in with you and see something so I’m glad she is free for that.
@coco305 can’t wait to hear about your first u/s! Feeling nothing at this stage it totally normal too so try not to worry.
AFM second beta today was good at 1575. Apparently I have to do another one on Wednesday which I was surprised about but they said it’s routine. Then the week after that I will have my first u/s!
That's kinda the catch 22 of symptom spotting. I felt something, is that normal...I don't feel anything, is that normal... Many women worry either way. I've been PG 3 times, 1 IUI and 2 IVF, usually I feel light cramping for a couple of days (BFN or BFP cycles) generally related to the fact that they are messing with my uterus then nothing. Feeling all the things is normal, feeling nothing is normal (I fall in the nothing category each time), stopping and starting of symptoms is normal. Even spotting or bleeding isn't outside the realm of normal due to sch's with the embryos burrowing in or cervical irritation from vaginal suppositories. Your body is going through a lot of changes to accommodate supporting another life

@coco305 - I did transfer, I am also PUPO. I'm feeling the same, actually. I'm trying not to think about it too much, but trying to take it easy. Luckily, I've been really busy (unusually busy) at work with year end/planning for next year, so that's kept me distracted... Not sure how I will feel next week though! LOL!

@BusinessWife - I'm so excited for you still! Hahaha! I know you've done a lot of work to prepare for this TWW! Finally, it's here!! ... just thinking.... is this actually your very first TWW since the azoo Dx?

@funkykey. Am I such a space cadet??? Did you transfer just a few days before me? I don't think that clicked for me. Congrats again!!! When is your beta????? Omg omg omg. I guess I thought you still had more waiting, but then you got pushed up again afterall??? Right?
Yes, this is absolutely my first tww since our dx. Our first, "real," tww <i>EVAR</i>, if you think about It! Crazy. Really blows my mind with gratitude, if I think about it. To think for the first tine, we actually have a horse in the ring! (Pardon the expression.)
@crystal321. @safire3. Congratulations on awesome betas!!!! So happy to see everything coming along so nicely for you both. :)
@coco305. So far so Good! I have been getting a but of cramping on and off, nothing real painful or anything tho. Actually I knew I was pregnant after my FET on FET day... I had some stinging pains higher in my uterus and some other things like twinges in my cervix... after those pains I had these moments of not dizziness, but something close to that. Truth is, you don’t really get symptoms of pregnancy till later, but it’s not like your body is unaware or the embryo burrowing into your lining. It starts sending chemical messages right away. It’s just smarter to say: you can’t tell, because mostly you can’t. I kept a running daily diary of symptoms so I will def use it next time! I’m so excited for you!!!
@Sarah1516 Congratulations on being PASP and welcome to the Nov FET group. I hope those cold feet would warm up soon. My hands, feet and nose are always cold so I try so many things to solve that horrible problem. I noticed that my body warms up when I drink hot/warm water. And when I sleep, it helps a lot to have my hot water pillow under my feet.
@dragonette aren't bodies just awesome??? You inspired me to finally start a bit of a journal here, at 1dp5dt... of course I would love to think my little cramps and twinges are the "real deal" but time will tell.
So can I tell you something I find truly incredible??? I was downstairs in the bathroom around 10:50AM when I got struck with a, "holy shhh," moment, like I've got to get ready here! I realised that it didn't make much sense to put in my suppository and then jump in the shower, and I was supposed to do it at 11, so I said, Okay! I better jump in the shower and wash my hair and blah blah blah and I had all this excitement of starting to get my butt in gear.
I was in the upstairs bathroom about to get in the shower, when I happened to look at the clock and see 11:11. So I stopped to make a very special wish, and say a prayer, that if it be God's will, how much we hoped and prayed we'd be able to bring home our little baby today, and let him/her become our outside baby for keeps... And then I had to get back to it bc it was after 11, I was late for my med etc etc.... well wouldn't you know it, if the picture of our beautiful little embie was taken just at that moment, 11:11! So to think, how all that hustle and bustle of excitement was the same time they would have been thawing our little bub, and checking him/her out and making sure s/he survived the thaw okay, and doing all the things they do to get an embryo ready... and then they paused to take that first picture.... <div class="Spoiler">***edited to remove picture***</div>I just find that so wild how that timing worked out! Like were we already connected in that moment??? Idk. Wild.
@BusinessWife - I think that's such a sweet story! 11:11!
I can't believe it's your first TWW... You're almost a TWW virgin then, I guess. Hahaha. Usually I'm annoyed by people who get pregnant on the first try, but for you, I'd make an exception.
I didn't think you were a space cadet. There is a lot going on on these threads!! One little: "FET done" sentence can slip through the cracks.
@BusinessWife that is so sweet! DH and I have had a running joke for a long time now because I feel like the number 11 stalks me. I will almost always look at the clock at 11 past the hour. Now DH makes it worse always asking me the time when it’s 11:11 lol. It also struck me that on 11/11 this year I was finally KU although I didn’t test until the next day. Anyway I think that’s a good sign for you and I hope your beautiful embie is finding a nice spot to stick and grow in there!
@BusinessWife That picture is so beautiful! Thank you for sharing. Also, that story is very special. I love it when we get to see how things connect in some ways. I always believe that God talks to us and shows Himself to us through these signs.
Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I know I have to fix my signature, so I apologize in advance. I had a successful FET in 2016 and am hoping for another one now that I’ve just hit 40. I’ve been in estrace for over a week now and I go on 11/20 for my first ultrasound to check the lining. If all looks good, they believe I would do my FET on 11/30. Hope to stick around with you ladies.
@businesswife I am such a believer in 11:11 I can’t believe its your first TWW! I hope its your only one and that cute little embaby snuggles in for you.
@piperella welcome! I’ll be doing an FET on 11/25 so we will be pretty close.
AFM, I’m feeling good and ready to go for my ER tomorrow DW will be able to take me in but will need to leave a little before they actually take me back. We scheduled a car but I had a change of heart and am going to have a friend come pick me up instead. I’m so ready to get this show on the road.

If I had a history of loss I'd be on edge too, I'm sure. But to me, as a total outsider, it looks like this one is the one! Congratulations!!
@BusinessWife - AWESOME!!! CONGRATULATIONS! Grow, embie, grow!!!! Burrow in!!!
Good luck this weekend!

@Crystal321 I'm so happy to hear the news. I hope no more of those abstract messages be sent to you.
@Bababatty thank you and lots of hugs to you too.
@funkykey I agree. Thank you for having my back.
How wo did you servive the 10days waiting!
@safire3 @crystal321 omg did I forget to congratulate you guys?? Doing the happy dance for you both!!!
And @crystal321 yeah a portal message, I'd be pissed too. I mean it's all so nerve wracking, why add to the stress??
@irisheyes81 @businesswife how are the post transfer babes doing?? Do allll the relaxing you can!
@funkykey did you transfer?? I've been MIA and a little behind on the good news. How are you feeling?
AFM: have my first U/S Monday. Nervous as all hell as I haven't really been feeling much of anything lately.
AFM - I got the call and will be doing an ER on Monday and my freshhozen (FET from my last IVF) on Saturday 11/25.

@Sarah1516. Congratulations!!! Remember, there's no way for the pregnancy to be causing you symptoms anyway until the hcg is high enough to turn a test. Anything you may or may not be feeling at this point is 100% due to the progesterone. So don't even stress! GL and Welcome!
@Sarah1516 try not to worry, other than cramps, I felt absolutely nothing until 8dp5dt, and then I just smelled EVERYTHING. My boobs are still not sore, and they aren't much bigger than if I were about to have AF. But like everyone is telling me, we are all different (now I should go take my own advice). Try and distract yourself. I was so busy at work, I didn't even realize that the 2ww had passed. It flew by me.

I’m so excited for you!!!
Idk. Wild.
