Help narrowing down girl names!

My husband and I are really struggling to come up with a name for our second daughter. We can't seem to find a name we love as much as we love DD1's name, which is Nora Jean. We want the middle name to be Catherine after my mom, unless we chose Cate, in which case we'll use Dorothy for the MN after a grandmother. Our last name ends with a -man sound (rhymes with slamman), so there are certain names that don't sound great. Our short list right now is:

Claire 
Cate
Annabel 
Rose

Thoughts? Suggestions? Thank you in advance!!

    Any of your names would work well with Nora! I love Kate/Cate and Claire the most.

    suggesting... Caroline, Charlotte, Alice, Lucy, Violet, Maisie, Ruby, Olivia, Lydia.

    Beautiful name choices! No new suggestions but I love Claire and maybe Claire Catherine is a bit much but the nickname CC could be cute on a little one.

    I like Rose Catherine. The others don't work with mn Catherine to me. Also, how about:
