Hi ladies - I'm not sure how many of us there are on our board, but I thought I'd go ahead and start this. We will try weekly for now and if if becomes dead we will go to bi-weekly.This is for all of "Moms of Multiples"! How are you doing this week?
1. How far along are you, and what is your due date?
2. How many multiples are you expecting?
3. Any recent or upcoming appointments?
4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc?
5. Any multiples resources you've found and want to share?
6. Any current cravings or aversions?
7. Anything else you want to share this week, or questions, concerns, etc?

1. How far along are you, and what is your due date? 7 weeks 3 days. Due June 23
2. How many multiples are you expecting? Just 2!
3. Any recent or upcoming appointments? Had a second ultrasound last week and saw both heartbeats. No other appointments until November 22.
4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc? Mostly feeling fine. I’m very tired at night. Have had some nausea. Missed my first morning at the gym this morning due to MS, which was super disappointing.
5. Any multiples resources you've found and want to share? I’ve been reading a lot of Lucie’s List section on Twins and Twiniversity. I’m honestly feeling a little overwhelmed.
6. Any current cravings or aversions? Mostly just dinner aversion. I’m fine eating all day, but by the time dinner rolls around, I don’t want to eat anything.
7. Anything else you want to share this week, or questions, concerns, etc? I’m going through that phase of feeling totally overwhelmed, so I’m not even sure what to ask this week.
GTKY: What fictional location would you most like to visit and why? This is probably a pretty obvious answer, but I’d love to visit Hogwarts and the Harry Potter worlds. I’m dying to go check out Universal Studios’ version of it. I mean magic guys…that’s why!
10 weeks, June 5th
2. How many multiples are you expecting?
Just 2 thank goodness. Identical.
3. Any recent or upcoming appointments?
Nope. Had my confirmation ultrasound on October 26th and havent even had a prenatal appointment yet.
4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc?
Morning sickness and fatigue are brutal.
5. Any multiples resources you've found and want to share?
None yet. I am too overwhelmed to really look.
6. Any current cravings or aversions?
Aversions to everything no cravings. Before i found out i was pregnant (2 days before) i had wicked cravings for spicy and settled for Paqui brand Haunted Ghost Pepper chips. Spicy was my jam with other pregnancies also.
7. Anything else you want to share this week, or questions, concerns, etc?
Hm well the ultrasound technician worried me by saying they may share an amniotic sac and said i needed another ultrasound to confirm but havent even talked to a dr and its been 2 weeks. Cant get in to an ob yet and its driving me nuts.
GTKY: What fictional location would you most like to visit and why?
Second Hogwarts and really kinda bummed i will have to postpone my first trip to Disney and Universal. Been saving up for my daughter and I to go since she was born.

@notaknottie912 Congrats on your twins! Just wanted to say, I’m expecting mo/di (identical) twin girls, and my Nurse practitioner told me the same thing at first - that they may share an amniotic sac. Just to put your mind at ease, they say that to everyone, so I wouldn’t worry yet until you get confirmation. I did, and it drove me insane. The chances of you having mo/mo twins (that share an amniotic sac) are SUUUUUPER SLIM. They’re very rare. Usually, the machines they use in the first ultrasound aren’t very high tech, so theyll
probably schedule another appt for you to see if you have a separating membrane.
Sorry, hope I’m not butting in, I just would have wanted someone to talk me down from the ledge when I was first going through this

Call me crazy, but I kind of think I see a sac around twin b at the very least. You’ve probably got some mo/di’s mama!
1. How far along are you? What is your due date? 10w3d. Due date 6/10, but they’re already mentally preparing me for premies

Twins - Identical mo/mo
3. Any recent or upcoming appointments?
I had a rountine ob appointment on Monday. I had an ultrasound appointment with the mfm/perinatologist last Monday to confirm twin type. My next appointment is my 12 week scan at the perinatologist.
4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc?
I am so hungry all the time! And pretty tired.
5. Any multiple resources you’ve found and want to share?
My go to resource has been my cousin who has two sets of mo/di twins.
6. Any current cravings or aversions?
No really. Well, I’m typically a coffee drinker, but have had no taste for it. I am also a fan of sweets...cookies, ice cream, cake...I have had no desire to eat any of those things.
7. Anything else you want to share this week, or questions or concerns?
Mo/mo twins, as your all saying, are quite rare and very high risk. I’m keeping myself calm and relaxed about it. I get more appointments for ultrasounds which has been great. So far, 10 weeks in, Ive already had 4.
GTKY: Whta fictional location would you most like to visit and why?
I don’t know that I have an answer to that.
