20 weeks!!! Half way *does happy dance* Baby is supposed to be 10 inches long now.

2. How are you feeling lately?
Good, just the tailbone/sciatic pain

3. Any appointments coming up?
Tuesday - Will be dhs first appointment he's been able to attend with this one.

4. Rants, Raves, Questions?
Due to the quick temp shift this fall we didn't get any of the pretty changing colors this year. The leaves froze on the trees green and are now falling off green/shrivled/brown with no reds or yellows.

5. Do you go by any nicknames? Does your family have any silly names for you?
Kiwi- my 3rd youngest sister struggled with Ts for a long time so my name came out sounding like "Kiwi"

@lindsye I wouldn't worry too much about cutesy names sticking. Atleast for me it was easy enough once I went to college or got a job to "change" my name. I went by/go by Katie, but in school and work I always use Kate (way less Kates the Katies) and it was never a problem.

1. How many weeks along are you? How big is baby?
16 weeks unless they change my due date - since 11.5 weeks ultrasound I've been measuring over a week ahead. My doctor wants to move it up a week but I feel reasonably confident about my dates, so we'll see.

2. How are you feeling lately?
Not too badly! I feel like I can always tell when baby is having a growth spurt - I feel markedly more tired and hungry - but overall I can't complain.

3. Any appointments coming up?
Not until anatomy scan mid December.

4. Rants, Raves, Questions?
DH is demanding that we wait until 20 weeks to find out the sex of the baby this time (he and I will open an envelope on Christmas day and the kids will find out via a cake). I have always known the sex of my babies by this point, though, and it is really bugging me! I want to start the process of finalizing a name and at least know in my head whether my fourth and last child will be a boy or a girl. Growl.

5. Do you go by any nicknames? Does your family have any silly names for you?
Not really. Because of this, though, I named both our girls names that go with a nickname and call them by a nickname, and now I'm having second thoughts. I love their nicknames for the baby/toddler/little kid period but I hope they don't stick for life!

19 weeks, Mango

2. How are you feeling lately?
Tail bone and sciatica pain. The last two nights its been really painful to sleep. I hope it doesnt last, but i feel like it might. Im gonna take tylenol tonight and see if that helps any.

3. Any appointments coming up?
I have my Anatomy scan on Thursday! Im really anxious about it this time. Last pregnancy I was high risk and had scans every month, so there were no surprises going into the Anatomy scan, this time im going in blind and it is terrifying!

4. Rants, Raves, Questions?
Nothing pregnancy related. Just really hate my husband right now, to the point of divorce has been thrown out as an option. It sucks going through such a shitty time in your life during a time that is supposed to be happy and exciting.

5. Do you go by any nicknames? Does your family have any silly names for you?
I go by SJ mainly. My aunt calls me Boogie. Thats about it.

@sjn00, I am so sorry you are feeling that way! Is it hormone induced do you think? Is this your first baby? I certainly can vibe sometimes that I think about kicking my husband but overall I chill out and all is cool.

Physically much better. Mentally still a bit anxious at times.

December 1 is the AS. I am both excited and anxious about the results.

We are toying with the notion of me staying home for a bit with our children nice number two comes. Although the experience would be beyond amazing, I am nervous about the amount of financial cut back that needs to occur. I wonder if I sound like a total jerk?

Wedge. It has been my nickname since around second grade. I don’t foresee it going anywhere considering my nieces call me “wedgey”.

@jem8407 oh no, I wish it was hormone induced. But no where close. I found out last week that he had taken $13,000 out in loans without telling me over the last 4 years to do nothing with but to use for fast food and xbox games. Im livid and now we have to use money we already dont have to pay it back. He used his truck as collateral as well without telling me any of this. All in the while wasnt paying bills so now those have built up. Im livid beyond meausre and cant trust him at all because he hid all of this from me until I caught him!

1. 18 weeks - the size of a sugar glider.

2. Pretty good, overall. I'm still getting tired easy. Lots of round ligament pains and intermittent low back pain. Also headaches.

3. AS the day before Thanksgiving. DH will be coming, so DS will get to come along and see baby!

4. None right now.

5. My Dad calls me Pea still sometimes - which came from always calling me sweet pea growing up. My name has no NN and that always bothered me a bit.

@sjn00 that sounds incredibly frustrating and I can see how you would have a hard time trusting him after that. I'm so sorry you have to go through this now in addition to all the demands of pregnancy.

19w and baby is the size of a mango or gameboy.

Sciatica pain is still real but other than that i feel physically fine.

Reg ob appt Thursday and my a/s next Monday (20th).

Ummm no complaints right now. No real raves either.

I had so many growing up. Moo was the most popular lol!! None stuck past HS though.

@lindsye thanks. Im grateful im pregnant, but im also struggling with this because i was okay becoming pregnant with where we were financially. And now thats not even the case and he knew it all along.

2. How are you feeling lately? I feel tired. I think I'm coming down with a cold. None of my kids are sick though.

3. Any appointments coming up? Not until the 20th. I had sone spotting on Thursday, and went in for an ultrasound on Friday. All was well with baby girl thankfully.

5. Do you go by any nicknames? Does your family have any silly names for you? I don't really have any kicknames. I have tons for my 1 year old though. When I was little my brother couldn't say my name and Called me nut nut for years.

19 weeks and the size of a mango.

I’ve been feeling pretty good, although I’ve had some insomnia lately so I’m a bit tired.

No appointments until the anatomy scan on the 29th.

The name that I go by (Anna) is actually a nickname for my full name. My college
roommate always called me Anna Banana and my husband has a ton of nicknames for
me.

@mcb2016 He is supposed to get a promotion at work next year. Im hoping the raise will be enough to help cover it. Im making him go into the bank on Tuesday to see if the bank will buy his truck to cover the loans, but then we are down to 1 vehicle and that doesnt help us either. We are super low income and so getting more money, my daughter will lose her free health insurance and i dont want to risk that either and our health insurance price would just go up, making the extra money pointless. Ive thought of every possible way I can fix this, i just dont think there is any way which pisses me off even more.

Oh @sjn00, that’s terrible news! One of my very best friends went through this with her husband years ago but the money went toward gambling. Ultimately, she stayed with him and he changed a little bit there are many trust issues left. I haven’t gone through that but I know it is difficult. I hope that you can turn toward friends, family, and maybe even a counselor to assist you through what should be a joyous time. This breaks my heart for you.

@jem8407 thank you, I am really sorry about your friend! I am have a couple friends I am talking with trying to get through it all. But its definitely not helping my depression, anxiety, and stress any. Im trying to just hang in there the best I can. I unfortunately have now lost my therapist because of all this, there isnt any extra money for me to see her anymore.

Not too bad. My back is starting to get uncomfortable with sleep though. And so bloated.

Finally our first appt with midwife this week, then AS next week. 22 weeks seems late for the anatomy scan, wish it was sooner.

1. How many weeks along are you? How big is baby? 18 weeks & the size of a sweet potato.

2. How are you feeling lately? Sore. Ive had a few bouts of really intense RLP, but it comes and goes. Sleeping better though!

3. Any appointments coming up? This Thursday! Just a regular OB appointment to pee in a cup and listen to the heartbeat, but it's still exciting.

5. Do you go by any nicknames? Does your family have any silly names for you? I go by Katie, but my legal name is Katherine. Only my doctor calls me that though, lol. My big sister used to call me Katydid when I was little and even had a whole song made up about me.
