Any success stories with over 40TTC?

I have gone through almost all of the testing, less the HSG test.
My results are:
FSH (Day 10) 10.3
A1C 5.4
Prolactin 11.4
TSH 2.420
AMH .29 (And that is VERY low)
FSH (Day 4) 4.8
4 MM follicles
Endo thickness 4.9
Endo type Homogenous
From what my doctor is saying, I have a good chance of getting pregnant, but I am now on my second cycle of clomid. He said he would be alright trying a more aggressive treatment ie; IUI.
I started taking DHEA, COQ10, And Vitamin D which are all said to increase your chances. I feel like time is running out, especially with the low AMH, and I am just hoping that there are success stories with a low AMH and what you did to increase your chances. Also, are 4 follicles enough? I have the egg supply score, which he gave a 7...in my understanding this is only a fair chance, not a good one.
I appreciate any help, understanding, and hope.

I turned 40 last month and am in my TWW for my first FET. So my “success” is TBD (although I’m not feeling optimistic at the moment :-/) we went straight to IVF because we wanted to PGS test after our *TW* loss at almost 12 weeks last year, we would like more than one, and we and knew time was not on our side (though protocol and lab matter - my best of 4 cycles was two weeks before I turned 40).
