I am having some horrendous mood swings this morning. Which is super fun because simultaneously every project I am working on at work has somehow derailed. I have had to stop myself from responding from several emails this morning, so that I can keep my job.....

My BF today is aimed at myself. Stop slacking! I am seriously lacking motivation to be productive at work. I just want to research all things pregnancy and baby and hang out on TB with you ladies

I've been joking with my husband that one of my biggest symptoms is pure rage... but I'm not kidding.
I work in a women's shelter and the residents were bickering all weekend long.. It took everything in me not smash their heads together.

Ugh much coworker has been singing all damn day and I just want her to shut up!!! This pregnancy has made me sooooo ragey!! It also doesn't help that my work computer is not functioning and I want to throw it...end rant!

@acunamatada I have been super snappy with DH... at work I have blamed it on the moon since I work with a bunch of hippies.

My BF today is to my self for being an idiot. First I'm kind of an idiot for not teaching my six year old how to tie his shoes yet... even though he only wears one pair of shoes that have shoe laces and never wears them except for today. Second reason I am idiot is because I decided I would tie those laced up shoes in the truck all while knowing my son is the worlds biggest cluts. I leave my bedroom and head to the garage to follow him outside, slow motion happening right here, and he is falling down the steps head first tripping over his flipping shoe laces that I decided could wait to be tied. Thank goodness the boy is tough as nails and only cried for maybe a minute. I get to work and have zero f's to give about getting anything done. All I can think about is if he is okay and if his head hurts, if his head does hurt, should I have taken him to the ER. I gave him tyenol is that sufficent, Do I let him go to bed?? My brain really needs to focus on work. The school nurse said he is fine and they are firmly instructed to if he complains at all and we are going straight to the doctor... overreaction much? Not sure, don't care. My first is hurt and it's worse since I am the one at fault for the injury. I feel like the worse mom ever. Is this Monday over yet?

@bdesterhouse my DS ran into a granite countertop a couple years ago and moved the counter with his head and he didn’t have a concussion. They said unless he passes out there’s a good chance he doesn’t have a concussion. Kids have thick skulls! I hope he’s feeling okay though!!

@hillbillywife omg I cringed picturing that! DS walked into a perfectly head-level corner yesterday that immediately bruised and swelled up like a cartoon. He barely made a peep about it. Kids really do have thick skulls!

I’m SO over 3 1/2 year old’s tantrums and behavior. He called my friend’s daughter a “stupid girl” today at the Y, and I made him leave because he not only would not apologize but said it again. Then he screamed the whole way out of the building. And while i had no morning sickness last pregnancy I already feel kinda icky, which makes me worry it’s gonna get worse! Aaaan I’m also suffering from ragey feelings

@bdesterhouse DS bumped his head at daycare last week. They said he didn't cry until they tried to put ice on his goose egg. Later, he was acting super disoriented, so the ped sent us to the ER. CT scan was totally normal, no concussion. While waiting for the results, he spiked a fever so the ER doc said the disorientation was likely from a virus. They like to keep us on their toes, don't they??

Anyway, all this to say - unless he is vomiting, disoriented, or is feeling weakness in his arms or legs, he likely does not have a concussion!

@bdesterhouse how funny! It POURED down rain here on our wedding day. Hopefully it really is good luck like they say

Also, hope your DS is feeling better this afternoon. I have had many (many, many...MANY) moments like that. It's hard not to, but don't be too hard on yourself.

I hate how there aren’t very good medicines to use while pregnant especially first tri! My sinuses hurt so bad and I don’t know if I can take 1 more day of these migraines. Currently crying in my break room and praying for relief since I work until 9pm and it’s only 4 pm

@lindsayleigh1989 That is awful! I will pray for you as well! I've been experiencing headaches, but thankfully Tylenol and lots of water seems to help!

@lindsayleigh1989 same! I think I’m going to call the doctors office tomorrow because I have a cough that’s kicking my butt. I hate coughs. Even the good meds don’t work super awesome and we all know you can’t take any of the good stuff while KU. Why do I have to me sick right now????

DS woke up cranky and didn’t stop crying till we got to the sitter. Transformer blew at work so had to find another way to work. Daylight savings sucks

It rained the morning of our wedding too so taking photos in the grass was hard with heels. Lol

@lindsayleigh1989 I am having that struggle today too. I get hormonal migraines that I take Imitrex for-which of course is not pregnancy approved. I feel one coming on and I'm scared. I can't function when I get these without medicine. Ugh.....

I feel the same way about my little sweetie! He is all boy, but he’s super sensitive and very sweet to people he loves. I always tell him to stay that way and someday he will make an amazing husband and daddy. Lol
