I'm functioning again today. Made it to get bloodwork. Then actually grocery shopped! Now I need to fold and sort all this laundry that's been sitting for days (DH gets home late and tends to DS.. which I prefer).... cause if the evening blah sets in again I want to feel alittle accomplished lol.

Feeling crappy and running a booth at a craft fair this morning (after doing it 5-9 last night too). It’s super slow and I’m just sitting here snacking so I don’t puke. Less than an hour to go!
@kbrown2385 I need to start doing that. We have pics in 2 weeks. And with DH's the work schedule, any shopping needed is hard. I also don't know what pants/leggings I'll fit in 2 weeks

My kid is in the midst of 2.5+ hour nap (WTF?!), and I am so grateful, because I’m also on the crapbag train. Snuggling with my pup, sipping coffee and letting my husband do all the cleaning. Weeeeee weekend!

We were able to find another photographer so I need to get my butt in gear and figure out outfits for us too. We have a bit more time but now I'm wondering what will actually fit.
I was so annoyed with my SO this morning. He went out yesterday with his work for some corporate event and came home drunk (Used public transport, so he didn't drive). I was looking forward to some adult interactions in the evening as I stayed at home all day and then picked up DD from school but he pretty much fell asleep when he got home. I cooked dinner and he never ate it either, and it was left on the stove top over night wasted not being put in the fridge, he said he would put left overs there but he didn't. So we could have had that for lunch but I guess not since it has shrimp in it and I am super caution with seafood being left over at room temperature. This morning we had plans that he takes our armchairs to be re-upholstered (I can't lift them by myself) so he mopped around all morning and hid in bathrooms several times. We actually made an appointment for them to be dropped off at 9:30 am but he was still home then. They seemed flexible but I don't want to waste half a day of a weekend on nothing. Ugh, it is obvious he is hung over but I am just so annoyed with him!
I couldn't come up with a UO, a FFFC, and now I'm struggling for a random. I'm so boring!
This thread made me realize I have less time that I realized to start planning Christmas card pics. DH thought it might be fun to announce baby 2 on the Christmas card, but I won't be far enough along for my liking. Last time I didn't announce on social media until 24 weeks and even that made me feel vulnerable. I know the people I send Christmas cards to is a far smaller (and closer) group than my Facebook friends.... but I still can't get behind the idea.
Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone of you have been on antibiotics this pregnancy? I got put on a first tri safe one for a severe sinus infection but can’t tell if the nausea I’m having now a side effect or if morning sickness is starting.
I finally felt great yesterday but worked on my feet all day and then was just exhausted when I got home. Today I'm supposed to babysit my brothers kids. (1.5 and 3.5, and my son is 2.5) I'm already throwing up. Hopefully DH doesn't have much planned to do and is around for reinforcement.
Also, this thread has made me realize I need to get my butt in gear for Christmas and announcement pictures.
@lindsayleigh1989 I’m currently on an antibiotic as well but for a uti. I’m also on diclegis for MS so it’s hard to tell, but I definitely feel worse nauseous wise since taking the antibiotic.

Anyone use fitbit? I am curious if this happened for you as well. Looking back on my stats, there is a drastic spike in my resting heart rate that corresponds to my conception date.
We’re driving back to the cities from Madison after an amazing weekend celebrating a friends wedding. Pretty sure my friends figured it out since I wasn’t drinking wine or beer. Also the idiot bartender on Friday night that did not know the meaning of discrete. I asked her if she had any non-alcoholic wine and she said no so I said that’s fine and just walked away. Then she came up to our table and announced she was going to go to the other bar to get me some sparking cider.
Also I got henna done, pic in spoiler.
Sorry if it’s huge I’m on mobile. Also note the road snack...Cheetos

@notaknottie912 I haven't noticed that myself, but I remember reading an article about a woman finding out she was pregnant after noticing her resting heart rate rising on her fitbit. I just looked it up again and I guess our bodies are working hard to pump blood to the uterus, raising the heart rate. I'll post a link to the article (first time posting a link, hope it shows up).
@krashke that sucks that the bartender was so indiscrete. Ugh. Henna and manicure looks great!
I'm visiting my parents for the weekend and I poured myself a small glass of wine and dumped it in the sink a bit at a time. (Everyone was bustling around getting dinner ready and watching my 2 kids so it was easy to fly under the radar.)
I totally understand. We are considering announcing for our Christmas/New Years card when I should be 13 weeks. I keep wrestling with if that’s too early, but it’s really just a few extended family and friends. Idk when I’ll be ready to annoucne via social media.

Yesx your resting heart rate raises while pregnant because of the increased blood volume and the need to pump blood to your LO.
I've notice that mine steadily increased from my O date, and has stayed pretty level since the first couple of weeks.
It's also one of the reasons you can experience palpitations. More blood volume, And a higher resting rate than normal.
Christmas cards remind me I still need to tell my oldest brother & step grandma before I tell my extended family on thanksgiving. I don’t want our public announcement anywhere near Christmas. MH proposed on Christmas (along with 4 other couples on my social media). It was a great day & awesome bc my immediate family got to witness it, but it felt kind of selfish (all day) to be getting so much attention. It was about the proposal & wedding nonstop, any my family is typically very engaging but it was all about us. I don’t want to do that again. I’m planning to announce right at 13 weeks the week of Dec 3-9. Biggest dilemma is one of MD close friend”s wives was due first week of January she’s currently on bedrest & looking to deliver at 34 weeks if that goes as planned we’ll have about a 2 week gap.
These dreams are getting horrible, literally horrific things are happening in my dreams. I can’t stand it.
@tammy574 I bought the gingin chews from Amazon. I think they also sell a hard candy. I prefer the ginger and apple because the ginger by itself is so so strong.
@izza2 so glad you said that. had my thyroid checked this weekend. results popped up this am and I'm still in a good zone. but the palpitations are still happening.

@izza2 i do not track when I ovulate at all as I was actually on birth control. I noticed it a while back and thought it was strange but didnt give it much thought. Wasnt until the very end of September that I had a positive pregnancy test as I was feeling awfully strange... so interesting though!
Re: Weekend Randoms 11/4
I took a whole unisom last night. I think I actually slept until about an hour before the alarm went off. That was a nice change.

Where do I buy legit hard ginger candies online?
