Dry skin on her face...?

Any rec's? I think it's b/c we're wiping her off more now that she's getting some cereal every day. Can I just use some Aveeno cream like I use on the rest of her or will that make her too oily?

I think Aveeno would be fine. My sister recommended using Cortaid on any dry patches and that has worked really well for Michael.

Kate has dry skin on her face (cheeks, chin, and nose) and it also gets really red and irritated. We put Aquaphor on it and it seems to help some.

Ditto. Our pedi recommended eucerin cream, or aquaphor ointment if it's really bad.

I usually dab a little lanolin on her face when I'm BFing her if I notice dry spots. This seems to be working well so far (nothing has been stained by the lanolin).
