Is it possible I'm pregnant, or am I just trying to convince myself?

My husband and I recently started TTC.  I have severe endomitriosis, so I knew going into it fertility might be tough, and that's part of my emotion with this.  I am now two weeks late for my period.  No major pregnancy signs besides fatigue.  Breasts have been a bit sore for 2 days, but that could be my period finally coming.  I've taken two CVS early pregnancy tests almost 2 weeks ago.  Both came back with very faint lines that were viewed within the time frame.

I moved to First Response to get a more clear result.  Taken 3 over the past couple weeks and all were negative.  Should I trust those or the first one? Might endometriosis affect ugh levels? Is it time to visit a doctor for a blood test?  It's just hard not to hope until my period actually comes...  Thanks for your help!
