  • @yogamamabear, yay for making it to 6 weeks!!
I hope you feel better soon.

Pregnancy wise, I’m feeling fines. I’ve just had a terrible cold for almost a week now and I can’t wait to breathe out of my nose again.
I had my pregnancy confirmed at the doctor this morning and now have an ultrasound scheduled for November 15. I can’t wait.
My loss last year was at 24 weeks so I’m not anyone near passing that yet. But honestly I don’t think I will be completely chill and calm until this baby is in my arms.

i hope you feel better soon and congrats on the milestone! i am 5+6 today and this is my first ever pregnancy. my sister had a twin MC at 10 weeks and an extremely complicated pregnancy with her rainbow baby. Needless to say, I am a little scared. Have my first appointment in two days and have been feeling really fatigued, very sore breasts and out of breath a lot. nausea is kicking in and the amount of times i need to pee is at a comical level. I am hoping for a sticky bean and every time i tell my sister  my symptoms she reminds me as long as i feel that way, it's still there. trying to embrace this ... <3 it's been slow at work and a drag to get through the work days.

  • @carolina-girl and @yogamamabear SUPER slow at work here too!!  And I too sit in the front desk area so no cat napping for me...and +1 on the netflix...slows down the network and IT probably has it blocked like almost everything else anyway.  I keep refreshing TB to see what's new.

  • Hey ladies, not sure if this is the right thread for me but I just got off the phone with my OB and it turns out I'm officially a high risk pregnancy. I have a blood clotting disorder that I didn't think much of, but apparently it's a pretty big deal. I'm going to have to be on blood thinners for my entire pregnancy. I'm getting more blood work done at the end of the week but it's all pretty scary.

  • @Amphibious22 sorry to hear you were caught off guard with the blood thinners. I've been on lovenox injections for a week now along with a baby aspirin. Did they mention what you will be on?
  • @stephcat421 she didn't say anything specific. I'm meeting with her at the end of the week to go over what to do. She told me to go to the store today and start taking baby aspirin so I did that.
