Sorry, I fell asleep before I could post this last night!
***General TW that this thread might contain discussions mentioning MC and loss.***
Welcome to Waiting Room Wednesday!
You
can express your thoughts, feelings, and frustrations on not TTC and
connect with others who are in the same boat. TTC can be a long journey,
and having to wait makes it feel even longer -- even if it is for a
good reason. I invite you to resurrect this thread at any point in the
week if you have something to say. Treat this like an ongoing
conversation.
Benched = involuntarily not NTNP/TTC and "out of the game," usually due to medical reasons
TTA
= avoiding pregnancy by using protection or FAM, usually for
non-health-related reasons

Re: Waiting Room Wednesday - October 11
Are you benched or TTA? TTA for now (thanks nexplanon!)
What brings you here? Baby fever and a slow bmb.
How long do you think you'll be here? Until May/June, so less than 7 months now.
How have things been going? They were rough for a month or so, but I’m planning a cruise with DH, DD and some college friends for right before we start TTC, so I have something else fun to focus on.
Any R/R? No
GTKY: What's your favorite zoo animal? Probably the tigers. They’re so majestic.
Yay, I'm back!
Are you benched or TTA? TTA
What brings you here? major BOTB and upcoming TTC!
How long do you think you'll be here? this should be my last cycle before TTC! DH and I are moving next week and he'll start his new job on 11/1. The plan is to start trying after the move.
How have things been going? OK - planning the move has been keeping me really busy, as has work. It's helped keep the crazy at bay.
Any R/R? My cats are literally bouncing off the walls today. I'm at the point where I don't even look when I hear a crash anymore.
GTKY: What's your favorite zoo animal? Oh, sheesh. I have to pick just one? Love the lions, and the tigers (but really only polar bears for bears). Oooh, and penguins!! I LOVE the penguins!

What brings you here? waiting is VERY hard and I am not very good at it. Babies are about 80% of what we talk about in our house now
How long do you think you'll be here? Hopefully not long! My GF and I have an appointment next Tuesday with her OB to talk about TTC and how we're going to treat her PCOS off BC. We're hoping to start TTC next cycle even though she won't have much chance & go hard at it in december.
How have things been going? Alright, I think! We're down to two donors we're choosing between, and we're meeting with one next week and one the week after. They're both really sweet and cool, we can't go wrong with either I don't think.
Any R/R? I don't think so.
GTKY: What's your favorite zoo animal? LIONS! They're also just my favorite animal.
Check out Rome in Limo - we did tours with them in Florence, Rome and Naples and it was AMAZING. For Naples we did the Almafi Coast and I want to go back so bad. I would also use a carrier I don't think I would bother with a carseat at all - it would just be a hassle.
