My work( again!) Got chewed out because once again my boss failed to communicate but of course it’s all my fault ( nothing actually even happened she is just on a power trip). I am now actively looking for other employment. This is after a director forwarded an email which listed a persons medical issue to the the entire dept ( there are about 15 of us.) What a shitshow .

@muggle621 ...I love when bosses forget that us "non-bosses" don't have the mind reading skills they have. And your coworker should probably report the director for letting anyone else know about a medical issue. That is definitely against labour laws. Hopefully you find a job that won't give you as much stress quickly!
ETA And when you do, let your boss know through mind reading...test those skills out! (Jk Don't do this...I'm not an awful person.)
@kalawa & @muggle621mine does too but I think part of it is because she's getting old and confused.
The annoying woman at work who inserts herself into every conversation and is an expert in ever single thing ever told me today that I'm "getting really big". As if I can't see myself or feel it. I looked at her blankly and said "yea that happens as the baby grows". She's lucky I didn't tell her she was too, want to comment on my body maybe I'll comment on hers. I've done this before, I should know that people are going to say stupid things to me but after I was done being mad I got really upset, just because I was smaller before doesn't mean I didn't have my own insecurities. How many free punches are we allowed per trimester? That's a thing right?
My indigestion is being twatty. Tums all day and a Zantac an hour ago have barely touched it, in addition to the gallon+ of water that I drank. I’ve hardly been able to eat because I feel like I’m dying and just want an Italian sub!
Just this woman I work with who was one of the lucky ones. She was blessed with knowledge of everything re: pregnancy and child rearing. Today, she has taken it upon herself to name my children. Every. Single. Time. I pass her, she has new matchy matchy twin names(which we will not be doing). Even though I told her we already have a boy name.
@syssa-o Uggggggghhhhhhhh the worst. My mom has started texting names to me pretty regularly (even though she knows we have a shortlist) and I always have to find a way to let her down easy. (One name was Edward call him Ned. There's nothing wrong with Ned but it makes me think of Ned Flanders and I just CAN'T.)
@ksmwalters as soon as you said Ned I thought Flanders hahaha... I appreciate input from people when it is an open conversation being had but constantly bringing it up is a bit excessive lol

And you’re right - I better start brushing up on the mind reading skills!
