3) Any appointments this week coming up? Our anatomy scan is next Thursday. I'm excited to find out what we are having. But I'm also nervous. *TW* We miscarried our last baby at 15 weeks because he had Gastroschisis. I am just praying this baby has no complications and I can feel more reassured than ever *End TW*
6) GTKY: Ugh. I suck at coming up with these. What is one thing you've purchased for this baby? What do you still have left to purchase? We haven't bought anything. I went to a clothing swap this weekend and grabbed a few newborn outfits in case this baby is a girl. We have tons of clothes from DS so baby is set if it's a boy. We don't have a lot to buy - a new swing, and an exersaucer are my 2 big items. And then a few outfits if it's a girl and probably a couple of new ones if it's a boy. I'm sure next week after we find out I'll be more tempted to go splurge!

Great! I am feeling baby move EVERY day and I love it! This morning, I laid in bed feeling him just kicking and rolling around for a good 10 minutes. I am still trying to come to terms with my body changing, which I know will just get harder as I get bigger and bigger.

Anatomy scan tomorrow! Nervous that everything looks great and excited to see this sweet baby's face. Also excited to confirm the sex from an early U/S I had at work, so we can make it public.
The stretch marks on my butt/outer thighs are getting out of control already(I am very prone to them, have many from puberty, growth spurts). This is where I have gained most of my weight I think. No amount of running and eating right is keeping them as toned as they were. I hear boys do that to their mommas.

We have been very very fortunate and blessed with people giving us things for free.. crib, bassinet. The first purchases I have made, all within the last week, were a rug and curtains for the room, and we bought some cute little shoes yesterday. I am trying not to go crazy on buying too much yet because I have a huge family and a large group of friends that will both be throwing us showers. It is also my husbands parents' first grand baby and they are already asking where we're registered, what are the colors, themes, etc haha.

I'm missing my 1st pregnancy, which was almost symptom free. I feel more like I'm 8 months pregnant than 4.5 (aside from size). My hip/lower back have been bad for over a week now. Chiropractor only mildly helped. I'm slightly anemic but definitely feeling the tiredness... I started an iron supplement which is helping, but it's staining my teeth which is no bueno. Lately, I'm also having trouble falling asleep.

I think I did all my whining for #2.... Does anyone know if melatonin is safe for pregnancy?

I got the Amazon registry box. Otherwise, nothing... I have my private registry going but I doubt I'm going to actually buy anything until closer to the due date. I need to clean out and organize the "office/son's toy ie storage room" before I can start getting it ready for this baby.

Pretty good overall - just starting to get uncomfortable when bending over and sitting still for long periods of time.

Time goes by much faster the second time around! I feel like there is so much to do to prepare but the weeks just keep flying! I guess it’s because I have a 2 year old to keep me busy

I bought a few swaddle blankets and a few outfits, but really not much yet. We still need to get a double stroller and his nursery furniture.

So constipated. Thought I would give some form of coffee a try, don’t like coffee so I got a mocha then afterwards panicked after seeing how much caffeine was in it. It hasn’t worked so far and has actually made me feel really icky— nauseated, shaky, etc. Ahhhh!! Any uncommon tricks to dealing with constipations that I probably haven’t thought of yet? I’ve tried prunes in a smoothie (can’t stomach them plain), extra fruit, fiber, water, apple juice, walking, etc. No luck. Nada. Going once a week max, more like once every 2.

I haven’t purchased anything, but Grandma has bought a few outfits. We have the majority of what we need from DD, so really just need to get things like diapers, wipes, pacifiers, bottles, some nursery decor.

Still struggling with energy. My legs are really in bad shape with my veins.

Ive bought a box of newborn diapers and one gown for baby. It’s #3 but we thought we were done, so I started downsizing, giving away. I need a car seat, double stroller, clothes, blankets, swaddles, burp clothes, changing pad covers, bottle parts, and the list grows each time I think of it.

a swimsuit and a few outfits, no big purchases yet I plan to get a new diaper bag, rock and play, and strollers at some point.
