---***TW older child mentioned***---
We have a 4 year old son who was born July 2013. He was unplanned so TTC is all new to me. I'm currently in school for occupational therapy and graduate in May. We waited until this month to TTC so that I would be done with school before having a baby.

Ages (you and SO): My husband and I are 31
How many months have you been TTC? This is the second month
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Light charting, future OPK
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) I have a dog (pictured in my avatar) who is named Kylo. No kids. I love bullet journaling and generally doing things that are great for self-growth.
Ages (you and SO): Me: 30, DH: 33
How many months have you been TTC? Going on month 6. *TW-loss* I had a chemical pregnancy in August and am currently having another early miscarriage. *end TW*
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Just bought a new BBT thermometer (I think my old one was on the fritz) and a huuuuuge pack of OPKs, so I'll be taking up charting again. Although I'll be benched in November due to a work trip to the UK. It's a great opportunity for me and I don't want to have to concern myself with TTC stuff while working. It'll also be nice to get a little break from the woes of TTC.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) We have a 3-year-old daughter and live in Maryland. Hobbies: Really I just love being lazy and binge-watching Netflix or reading a good book. I'm also a huge fan of everything Disney. I have to say you guys are a light at the end of the tunnel with all that's happened this past week. In the end, I knew that I had a great, supportive place to come back to and I'll be glad to keep up my friendships with you all!

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Just OPK.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) My daughter just turned 2, and we live in San Diego. We have 2 cats, but no dog (yet). I work full time at a medical diagnostic lab, and for fun we like to travel, be outside, and catch up on Netflix. I'm jealous of all of you who got to go to the Harry Potter event! That sounds like so much fun!
Ages 30 & 33
I'm just beginning month 4/cycle 5 of ttc.
WAYDTGKU just sex and tracking my cycle with an app.
Tw -kids
I have been married for 8 years and live in Texas with my family. I am currently a SAHM.I have 5&3 year old girls and a 1 year old boy. Before kids I graduated from college with a Bachelor's in Psychology and worked in banking. We also have a super lazy cat who meows really loudly, but only when we're trying to sleep.I enjoy reading and if you have any book recommendations, fire away!
TTC: this is month 2.
WAYDTGKU: Just came off pill last month and letting my body regulate back to normal. Light charting but will look into more in a few months. We are trying but not overly aggressive as of yet.
I have been working in retail management for a big box company for 9 years inFlorida. We have 2 cats that are defiantly overly spoiled and run the house. We enjoy good fun dinners (local, not chain) out, FSU Football (bad season this year), beach, family events and binge watching Netflix shows together.
Ages (you and SO): I am 30, my husband is 32
How many months have you been TTC? We just started NTNP this month, so I figure I'd start participating slowly in the threads. I don't think I'll be ready to post in the TWW or WTO threads for a while though.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Nothing except HIO and PVs.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) We have a 17 month old daughter and one cat. We just bought our first house, I am so excited and relieved not to be in our teeny apartment anymore. We're pretty outdoorsy people. We live in Canada (northern Ontario). Excited to get to know you ladies!
@offtoneverland So sorry for your loss.

How many months have you been TTC? This is the first month.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? I've been off birth control for over a year, but I had some medical stuff pop up right after our wedding, so we were benched for quite a while. Aside from sex, I'm charting and taking PNVs, as well as tracking CM and occasional OPKs. I think the ones I have are faulty, though, since they're always negative, even when compared to other signs and tests, so I'm mainly just using them to get rid of them.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) No tiny humans or furry creatures in our house yet. We both work at Disney World (I'm at one of the parks and he's at one of the resorts), so we spend a lot of our free time at the parks. I used to be a pastry cook, but I hurt my back (the previously mentioned medical stuff) and have been transferred to a different position outside of the kitchen. I love horror movies, hard rock and heavy metal, and cooking and baking. He loves animation, country music, and eating.

@offtoneverland First off, I'm so sorry for your loss! I work at Animal Kingdom in attractions. I used to be at Magic Kingdom as a pastry cook, and before that, Hollywood Studios with a brief sojourn to Epcot for Food and Wine. I've been all over the place, lol. What would you like to do at Disney? They hire pretty much everything under the sun, to be honest.
@And846 Thank you!

Tell us about yourself: I'm a lawyer for a federal agency. No kids, but we have two fur babies (dogs) who remind me every day that I have things to be thankful for. I enjoy being outdoors, reading fantasy & sci fi, trying new restaurants and Netflixing on the couch!
@offtoneverland I am so sorry for your loss. *TW I have also experienced two losses, one in Jan and another just last month. I sympathize. End TW*
@cm716 Welcome back! I was thinking about you recently (since we have a similar family structure) and I was hoping you had moved on to a bmb when I did not see you post.
@dreamscapes_ Welcome! So glad you are here...you were on Babies on the Brain board for awhile, right? Working at Disney sounds awesome! I believe @purplg8r works there too.
@mrsinterweb I like your thinking! Your posts always remind me of one of my IRL friends so I enjoy your humor.

How many months have you been TTC? 3 months/3cycles
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Have been just charting my cycle and tracking CM. Adding in temping and OPKs this month to get some more validation on timing.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) We have been renovating an old row-house for a few years, doing most of the work ourselves. I'm an architect, so that helps.
*TW - older child
We have a son who will be 2 in December. We got pregnant on the first cycle that time, which was earlier than we were ready for. So, when he was born, our house was not nearly as ready as it should have been. That also slowed down the renovation process. Also, because we got pregnant so fast last time, we didn't think much of it. We got a reality check today when AF showed up today (6 days late?!?) after what we thought were a few well timed months. I know we haven't been trying very long, so hopefully I don't offend anyone in saying that.
*End TW
Looking forward to getting to know you ladies and learning more about alllll the acronyms (BBTs, OPKs, WTFs?). And hopefully moving over to a BMB with you!!
@dukestar5 I'm still on BOTB! Mostly centered there for now, but we shall see I enjoy working at Disney most days. Yesterday was a bad day.
@jaylii I looked into it, but the closest clinic that offers it (according to their map) is in Tampa, which is two hours each way. So I doubt my insurance would cover it, which pretty much negates it, and their "self assessment" only had one thing that was accurate for me. I'll look into the book, though. Thanks!
@darkstar42 I'll look into it!
