What symptoms are you having?
Emotional and tired. Not as tired as I was about two weeks ago, but still tired.

GTKY: If you could pick any other decade to live in, which one would you pick?
Sometime in the future where it won't be like second class citizenship to have a vagina. For the past I would probably live in the 60's and join a commune.
What symptoms are you having?
Headaches and fatigue continue, but insomnia seems to be fading a bit. I did JUST start having smell-induced nausea, which I didn't have at all before! Any time I open the cabinet where we have some fruity-smelling candy I gag. I need to put it in air tight containers or something. Also just this week started having to pee every 20 minutes.
Rants/Raves:
Daycares here are insane in terms of wait lists. First, you have to find one that even has a possibility of a spot by the time you have a 3 month old (some are longer than 2 years!), then you have to get on the wait list and maybe even put down a deposit, and THEN you're supposed to call every month and bother them to check if there's a spot. Ugh. We're getting on three wait lists, and they all seem decent enough that I'm just going with whichever one gives us a spot first. And SO expensive!

Any favorite slow cooker recipes? Extra points if they're vegetarian, because then my wife can eat it too! I feel bad that I haven't done any of the meal prep lately.

Probably the 30s, even though I know the whole Great Depression was happening then. I was just so obsessed with Annie growing up and wanted to dress like them, and I love all the names that were popular then. Otherwise I really like our modern amenities!
What symptoms are you having?
Nausea, vomiting, exhaustion, food aversions, swollen/sore boobs. I’m super fun to be around right now.
Rants/Raves:Rant- looks like MIL will be getting under my skin this pregnancy as well. She feels the need to comment/insert her opinion about everything and it’s annoying. Apparently she was complaining to BIL about my food/drink choices this weekend and followed UO her complaints with “but it’s none of my business” damn right, it’s not!
Rave- We saw Hamilton this weekend and it was everything I wanted it to be. I laughed, I cried, and I can’t wait to see it again someday.

@abhphilly OMG. Yes, daycare is insane. I need to get on that soon. We love where DS goes, but they won't take them until they are 12 months. I need to find somewhere for this baby to go until they turn one.

MS, RLP, and my STM bloat is outta control and I look 20 weeks.

GTKY: Have you ever met a celebrity? In college my sorority had their big convention and Carrie Underwood was in our sorority I'm a different state and came as a celebrity guest. She is prettier in person.

Not too many. I get tired easily. And my nips hurt at the slightest breeze which is just... lovely.

I'm not sure really. I kind of like this one... women have rights, can vote, are in more leadership roles at work etc. Technology is pretty neat. We've also got vaccines and have nearly eradicated many diseases. I'm good here thanks

@abhphilly I also need to figure out this whole daycare thing. I don't even know where to start. I've heard waiting lists are pretty bad in this area though so I should get on that...

@onesmallcoconut My nips are so sensitive too. We went to Jason's Deli for lunch yesterday and had to leave immediately after we were done because it was cold in there and they were on fire.
What symptoms are you having? My nausea is coming and going but at this moment I'm feeling pretty gross. Insomnia, headaches, RLP... I had to go pee FIVE times during the night last night. That does not help my poor sleep lately.
Rants/Raves: I had friends over this weekend and it was really good to see them. It was also exhausting. My NIPT results should be back later this week, obviously hoping they look good!
Any questions this week? Does 2nd tri start in week 13 or 14? I'm finding conflicting reviews. Not that it actually matters.

Was doing GREAT until I ate an entire bag of salt n vinegar chips. I puked my brains out all of last night...most wretched painful puke ever. I no longer like salt n vinegar chips.

Rant- I am waiting for my cell free dna test results. The wait is seriously giving me anxiety. Although I know I have the odds in my favor I'm still thinking about that .9% chance of bad luck. I wish eating right and exercising made a difference! I hate knowing this is all out of my control.

Ok, the Sprout app says baby is a key lime at 12 weeks. Pretty sure TB said that at 10 or 11 weeks. Basically, no one knows anything.
What symptoms are you having?
My nausea, which has been VERY mild, is now picking up. I almost got car sick yesterday. Lots of RLP. Acid Reflux is already starting at night because FML right.

Oh man, please don't take me out of this decade. We've come so far (although, we have a lot farther to go). I am always saying I'm so glad to raise a daughter with different needs in 2017 instead of 1917.

What symptoms are you having? Still tired, but my appetite is coming back. I randomly had some leg cramps a couple of days.
Rants/Raves: I had my OB appt this morning and my appt was at 9:15. He didn't come in there until 9:53 and spent less than 10 min with me. We couldn't find the HB at first, which scared me, but apparently the baby is higher up than we both expected.
Any questions this week? None at the moment.

What symptoms are you having? Diarrhea a few times a week, which my OB just told me could be my problematic gallbladder. Also, terrible gas!
Rant: I am hardly on the Bump because it seems to drain my data and I can’t do desktop at work. When I am home on WiFi I’m. So. Tired.
Raves: I bought a super firm pillow and a fuzzy body pillow from Walmart yesterday. Slept like a dream.

What symptoms are you having? Fatigue (not as extreme as it used to be) back spasms, sciatica, and crying at random moments
Rants/Raves: Why am I never a comfortable temperature? I am either dying of heat stroke or freezing to death

GTKY: If you could pick any other decade to live in, which one would you pick? Do I have to limit myself to a decade? I want to live with an ancient matrilineal civilization, the Iroquois for instance.
What symptoms are you having? Sciatica already?! Ugh. Sore boobs, smells are driving me up the wall and I basically want to burn the house down. Peeing 4-6x a night. Nausea and exhaustion are mainly at night now, which is a huge improvement from all damn day.

Fatigue but not as bad, nausea here and there but not all day, lots of round ligament pain especially my right side.

What symptoms are you having? Fatigue isn’t as bad. I’m getting up to pee at least 3 times a night. I’m having occasional lower back pain.
Rants/Raves: I’m excited yet nervous to publicly announce within the next week or so. It’s killing me that my next appt isn’t until November 5th.

I hit 12 weeks on Wednesday, baby is the size of a robo hamster.
Rants/raves: I had my NT scan today and got my combined screening results and everything looks good! The clinic was 25 minutes behind and it was a very uncomfortable wait, but it was worth it because the tech was super friendly and talked is through everything she was looking at
Symptoms seem to be clearing up, I still feel crappy in the evenings.

hard to distinguish symptoms from ill at the moment, but still feeling exhausted, slight nausea and migraines have started .

i have been ill for over 2 weeks. I have had a chest infection, sinus infection and today I have earache! I think the horrible bug is just moving around. So ready to feel better!

This is interesting. I tend to romanticise past eras but am not sure I'd fit in in a decade where I couldn't pursue higher education. That being said I think we've lost some things and gained others. The idea of living in a pre-Twitter world is quite appealing (probably an UO). I think I like some old world values, but overall I'm probably better off where I am! Lol
