Its been a while since we've done this one and, as much as I like to get on here and complain about feeling crappy with everyone (so therapeutic), I think we could all use a little positive to look at too. Therefore, what has your Significant Other done lately that's been just plain awesome?

I mentioned on friday how much I hated the wood color of our mantle piece (we just bought a house in May). I told my SO I'd love to paint it out white. This morning I woke up from sleeping in to freshly made avocado toast and him sanding it down and priming it. It's currently got the first coat of white drying. So on top of doing everything in the kitchen because even walking in there makes me gag, cleaning all the things for friends coming over, and finishing the laundry while I napped, he's now doing house projects as well. So grateful and in love with the man

Mostly for being really understanding about how tired and sick I feel. I don’t have anything big or specific, but it’s just nice that he gets it.

My husband has been a ROCK STAR lately. We already have 2 kids and I've been pretty sick and he has super super stepped up and taken charge so I can rest/sleep.

ive been go grateful for all of his help while I've been struggling. I'm normally default parent and home cleaner but he has been helping a whole lot.

He did the dishes yesterday and cooked omelettes for everyone, plus the day before he ran and got donuts for us. Anything that involves the getting and cleaning up of food makes me super appreciative. I'm basic like that. He's been watching the girls so I can sneak naps in some days. I like that, too... but if he comes at me with that thing one more time this week I'm going to go Lorena Bobbitt on his ass. Ugh, sorry, apparently I can't go without complaining today.

My hubby has been great the last 24 hours while I've felt like crap. Very attentive. Offering to get me anything I need. Told me I'm amazing for growing our baby. Made me breakfast and cleaned up all before he had to go to work ❤ While today's symptoms sucks, I feel lucky to have him to help me get through.

At 12:30 he told me to go take a nap- he locked the door and told the kids they weren't allowed to bug me. It's 4:08 and I juuuuuust woke up. Lovely.

DH got up with the kids all night, let me sleep in, let me stay in bed, brought me breakfast in bed, brought the kids grocery shopping, bought us lunch, then encouraged me to go to the movies by myself. The Princess Bride had a limited showing and I've obviously never seen it in theaters. I was 50/50 on going and he pushed me out the door. I loved seeing it on the big screen. It's been one of my favorite movies since childhood and I still stop to watch it whenever it's on tv even though we have the vhs and dvd.
I just got home and dinner is cooking in the crock pot.
Seriously, he's going for husband of the year.

Friday night he let me go to a girls night and took care of the toddler. Yesterday and today he basically took care of the toddler on his own while letting me do whatever I needed while trying to get over bronchitis and dealing with MS. He also seeded an area of the yard we've been having issues with, mowed, and takes leaves. He took us to ice cream and is now picking up dinner so I don't have to cook.

Mine is 400 miles away from me right now. And the dogs are still alive. And the house doesn't look destroyed. So snaps for hubs

but he has been super appreciate of everything I do now that I'm not there to do it. Which has been super great. I'll be back home next week which I'm looking forward to.

Dh has been so great every night. Morning sickness is night sickness here. Every night from 6-9 I'm on the couch. He does dinner, cleans up, gives the kids a bath and puts them to bed. I know he's tired but he doesn't complain. Go hubby!!

My husband basically does everything now since I'm useless. He takes care of dishes, laundry, and dinner for him and the troll (ds).

He was extra heroic this morning! We walked into the kitchen and there was a frickin mouse on our counter. It ran into the sink and got trapped so he was able to whack it with a skillet a couple times. I made him throw out the skillet along with it.

Even though my husband gives his job 300% he still comes home and gives us all of him as well. He is so dedicated to everything he does.
Today, even though I haven't done dishes in a week (paper plates FTW) he didn't nag, he just wanted to talk about nursery ideas. He daydreams with me and always encourages my creativity to shine (even though my creativity is very, very messy).

He made DD and i an epic brunch, shared his panini from Panera w DD so I didn't have to, cleaned the kitchen and did dishes and in general is incredibly supportive. Also took apart dryer to vacuum it out and cleaned our heater screens/filters. Wow

Maybe make that a stipulation. Like "how about you get all sweaty and sweet by doing the dishes and dinner and I'll make it worth your while."

My DH has been nice about just letting me veg lately. Some days the nausea is just made worse by moving around a bunch and I haven't been as productive as I normally am. He has been helping with dishes quite a bit which is awesome and got up with DS to let me sleep in yesterday. He's also made several runs to the grocery store to get whatever food has suddenly sounded amazing to me! He has also been very *ah hem* giving during alone time!!

My husband is awesome in a lot of ways especially lately when he cooks and does the dishes. Plus he's a SAHD so his baseline is awesome. But I will have more to say in the "Why my SO is annoying me" thread......

My wife massaged my neck and head for over an hour last night, right after I woke up from a 2.5 hour nap because I had my weekly incurable headache. Note: These headaches are legit incurable but she tries so hard! I hate the headaches but I LOVE the head massages.

I'm with everyone else. MH has been doing pretty much everything lately, and I couldn't be more grateful. He's always done the majority of the cooking (on the weekends, but makes enough for leftovers throughout the week) and been really helpful with everything, but now he's doing the laundry and taking care of the girls so I can nap, and basically just not making me do anything. It's amazing.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? Mine is a SAHD as well, and he has not slacked off at anything. He has altered the whole meal plan to suit my cravings, and for someone who couldn't cook 6 months ago, that's pretty huge.

He went across town with a grumpy toddler in a bad rainstorm to get me my Diclegis a few weeks ago without complaint.

Our budget is tight and he has not said one word about me getting fast food-not one!

He lets me nap all the time, even though I know he wants a break from the kid.

Best of all, he respects my body as mine. He asks if I want to make love more often than I do, but it is always a request, nothing assumed. He even asks before putting a hand on my belly.

Every night he kisses me good night, kisses my belly and says good night to the baby, then kisses me again. He is always telling me I'm beautiful, and right now it means the world to me.

@abhphilly I feel you on the headaches! Luckily with this pregnancy it only lasted about a week, but with my first it was literally a vomit inducing migraine for about five weeks with no break. Didn't even know I was pregnant for the first three weeks because it was too soon to even show up on a test (And I took five tests at the doctors.) Sorry you are going through that!
