My poor family. I have been SO unmotivated. I need some meal planning bad! In my defense I did make butterhorn rolls two days ago. I may like to bake but hate to cook? It seems like the same thing but it’s so not. And we are vegetarian a lot of the time. Except when we’re out to eat etc. At home I cook mostly vegetarian for a range of reasons so that makes it harder.  Thank you all for the inspiration. Here is my new list
    -vegetable soup
    -stuffed peppers
    -baked potatoes
    -layer bean dip
    -lentil soup
    -Mexican beans & rice

@mytinc we have just started planning a freezer cooking day.   And musy-make recipes to share??
  • Options
We don't make freezer meals often, @twelvetwosomeonenew, I think we've only really tried lasagna and enchiladas.  Whenever we make those meals we double (or more) the recipe and put extras in our deep freezer.  I wish I had a longer list of freezer meals to make.
