TTC and IVF

Hi!! I’m 39 and diagnosed with low ovarian reserve.  Low amh and high fsh.  After going to several clinics, one clinic has decided to give us a shot for stimulated IVF.  I’m nervous and just want it to start and end well.  Any advice on what to do, what to eat, etc?

    Hi! Some women swear by the advice in the book: "It Starts with the Egg." To me, it seemed a little extreme, but even I took CoQ10 leading up to retrieval.

    I read "It Starts with the Egg" too.  It's an interesting read, but like @funkykey said some of the advice is a little more on the "extreme" side.  As my sister-in-law who is into the whole "clean living" thing says, it's all about how far down the rabbit hole you want to go.

    But it does have some interesting insights that may be worth a gander. Like @funkykey I started taking CoQ10 and will take it through my IVF process when it starts next month.

    Cycle 1&2 : Clomid 50mg- BFN
    Cycle 3: Letrozole 2.5mg- BFN
    Cycle 4: Letrozole 5mg- BFN
    Cycle 5: HSG-normal
                  Clomid 100mg+ Estrace- BFN
    Cycle 6: Letrozole 5mg+Trigger shot+IUI+Progestrone- BFN
    Cycle 7: Letrozole 5mg, Cyst found during follicle check
    Cycle 8: Birth control to treat left ovary cyst
    Cycle 9: Letrozole 7.5mg+Trigger shot+IUI+Progesterone- BFN
    Cycle 10: Letrozole 7.5mg, 2 Cysts found during follicle check
    Cycle 11: Clomid 100mg+Estradiol+Trigger shot+IUI+Progesterone- BFN
    Cycle 12: Clomid 100mg- BFN
    Cycle 13-16: Natural attempts while awaiting IVF 
    Cycle 14: IVF-BFN
