Tingling breasts?

I am currently 30 weeks with my second child and have been have a tingling sensation in my breasts. I have read this is a common pregnancy symptom early in pregnancy, but haven't found much information with it occurring late in pregnancy. I didn't experience this with my first pregnancy? Is it milk coming in? Anyone else experiencing this?

    I'm guessing it's the milk? 

    I also had this for 2 days around week 28. Then a few days ago tingling just in the nipples. Now my nipples are just really sore... Due tomorrow...

    Didn't happen first pregnancy either? Perhaps milk starts registering earlier coz the body remembers? For the same reason babies are born earlier and labor is quicker 2nd time round due to muscle memory (generally speaking).
