Mucous plug/discharge?

Has anyone else experienced new discharge recently? I know it can change during the 3rd tri.

I'll be 32w tomorrow and around 3pm I had a lot of discharge; at 430 I had this big goop of something clear. Since then it's gone back to normal. I called the on call Dr for our ob cause the book they gave me said increase or mucous change to call them if under 37w. Of course they haven't called back and it's been almost 2 hours!

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed changes...if this is normal?

    @kaitlinliz It could be your mucous plug or part of it. You can lose it now and not go into labor for a while. They can regenerate too. Any other symptoms?
    *TW* it was kind of obviously different than discharge when I lost mine before my loss, and it had a pink tinge. */TW*

    Mine was clear. The discharge at 3pm was just a lot of fluid. Like I peed and when I went to wipe it took a few times to fully clean up. Felt like when you're aroused lol! And then I went shopping and didn't pee again til I got home at 430. Which is when I had the huge mucousy thing but all of it was clear. I peed once since then but feel like I gotta go again. If it picks back up I'll be calling again.

    Dr finally called back! So I'm normal lol. I swear they're gonna think I'm nuts soon. I wouldn't have even called if their book didn't tell me to! But she said as long as contractions don't start I'm okay

    You can loose your mucus plug at any point and it not be labor. It actually regenerates until you start dilating

    @DungeonTrollMel well that's good to kno..I asked her if it was that n she said no. But then again who knows.

    I've had a big show of watery mucus a couple of times, which the doctors worried was amniotic fluid but which wasn't. I'm not sure how or why it happens but I guess it must be on the spectrum of normal.
