It feels weird to start this because I'm not fit but I work out lol.

Re: Fit Mom Friday 9/22
I have been so tired, so I have been slacking a little, but just doing more on days I feel up to it.
my diet has not been as good lately, but trying to get back on track. Definitely craving more meat than I typically eat, but having some aversions to other proteins I typically eat (eggs, tofu).
I'm planning on walking for at least a half hour every week day, swimming at least once on the weekend, and doing yoga intermittently throughout the week. TBD on how it helps with morning sickness - I haven't had any yet but it is still early days.
-What is is your typical routine?
I am currently on a running streak. I run at least a mile a day. I want to make it a whole year but that means I have to run every day through Dec 17.
-Have you been able to keep up with your workout routine? Have you had to alter it all?
Sooo tired! I haven't quit yet but I am so tempted!
-Have you found it helps your morning sickness or does it make it worse?
N/a. No ms yet
3 mile run and pure barre almost daily. I need to get a gym membership because it's still SO HOT here.
-Have you been able to keep up with your workout routine? Have you had to alter it all?
Some days. It's been too hot to run and I am so tired I can't function.
-Have you found it helps your morning sickness or does it make it worse?
definitely helps when I push myself to get it done. I don't have morning sickness but I do feel better when I work out.
I do OrangeTheory Fitness
-Have you been able to keep up with your workout routine? Have you had to alter it all?
been able to keep it up so far! My knees have been really sore- don’t know if that’s the extra flexy hormones going or what
-Have you found it helps your morning sickness or does it make it worse?
when I’m doing the cardio I feel better but when my HR slows back down, the barfyness comes back. Even when I’m deadass tired, I get a little surge of energy so that helps
-Have you been able to keep up with your workout routine? Have you had to alter it all? Bahahahaha ha.... no. I've only run once in the last week. My HG is getting worse and naps have been winning out over workouts lately.
-Have you found it helps your morning sickness or does it make it worse? I don't think it affects it.
Typical Routine: I've been running 2-3 times a week to train for a 5k. My 5k is next week, so it looks like no race for me.
Not going to be able to keep up with it for the next 3 weeks, but my goal is to eat healthy to make up for it.
I haven't run in two weeks. Maybe if I could get myself out there it would help but I haven't even been up to walking much less running. It suuuuucks. My goal is to be able to go for a walk- baby steps!
What is your typical routine?
I lift weights 6 days a week and yoga 3-4 days a week.
Have you been able to keep up with your workout routine? Have you had to alter it all?
Yes, so far. Last pregnancy I had morning sickness and was completely exhausted starting around 6 weeks through the first trimester, so I was unable to make it to the gym during that time. So far with this pregnancy I am having no symptoms, but it's only week 5. Last pregnancy I was able to keep up with my gym routine and able to lift almost 100% of the same weights prior to getting pregnant. I actually did leg day AND hiked a mountain 2 days before giving birth to my son. I plan to do the same with this pregnancy.
Have you found it helps your morning sickness or does it make it worse?
If I'm having morning sickness, then I skip the gym. Otherwise going to the gym helps my pregnancy symptoms and gives me more energy.
What is your typical routine?
I do OrangeTheory Fitness 2-3 times a week and run 2 times a week
-Have you been able to keep up with your workout routine? Have you had to alter it all?
Still doing all the same things but finding it harder. @ChasingTheDog have you found it harder to last in the orange zone? I used to be able to get up to 90 and maintain that without a problem, now I have found when I hit 87 I really start to struggle. Interesting my recovery as soon as I drop to base I pretty quick.
-Have you found it helps your morning sickness or does it make it worse?
I haven't had MS for the last week (fx that it stays that way)
-What is is your typical routine? I workout with a trainer 3 days a week, yoga twice a week, and row once a week.
-Have you been able to keep up with your workout routine? Have you had to alter it all? I've been able to complete 3/4 of these workouts. I'm working out at work, so I'm trying to not tip off any my coworkers why I can't workout as much.
-Have you found it helps your morning sickness or does it make it worse? Doesn't affect my morning sickness. But it's good for my psyche to workout. I know the road of recovery after having a baby. And I'm now 8 years older than the last time I did this... oy vey!
I've also been making sure to stand during calls at work.
2) I downloaded a few prenatal workout apps to help me know what is safe to do or not as I like to do strength training from youtube Blogilates videos. It helps me feel more relaxed about it but my doc said as long as I avoid laying on my back too much I should be okay.
3) It goes both ways for me. This morning I was nauseous before I got there but felt a lot better and even hungry afterwards. Somedays I barely make it through a few minutes on the bike before I have to stop.

@hollieileen, since I wasn't doing a single type of workout, I've been worried it would be too intense. Also, I had spd in my last pregnancy so I don't want to do something that would be too much and aggravate it. I'd like hi get dealt used to this routine so that I can stick with it longer.
Pretty much anything makes me tired or sick. *sigh*
