How to find the perfect OB/Midwife

What are your top questions or concerns, when searching for the perfect provider, hospital, birth center, etc? 

I'm on the hunt (as I'm sure others are as well). TIA!

    I look for low c section rates.  I prefer a midwife, and I look for one who had experience with natural birthing practices.  I also prefer a female.  That's just me.
