3) We are currently just TI while we save for IVF which won't be until June 2019. We were nearly licensed for foster care but then our social worker got hurt and will be out of work for 8-12 weeks. So we're just playing the waiting game.
*I think I'm one of very few people that works out without music. im not a fan of headphones for some reason.

Miscarriage on 7/19/17 at 7 weeks
Miscarriage on 10/16/17 at 5 weeks
I posted a bit last night too, but my basic update:
I had my post d&c checkup at the hospital on Monday and was given the all clear to not come back (yay!). I still have a little bit of bleeding but its the tiniest, most pathetic bit so I figure it will be gone soon.
I have an RE appointment for the 3rd of October, so less than 2 weeks away now. I'm just hoping I am able to start the letrozole cycles again straight away because the waiting is the hardest part. I'm also on their cancellation list so I'm really hoping someone cancels this week or next so I can slide into their spot
Other than that, **TW** I had a bit of a teary breakdown when we found out my SIL is pregnant. I had to fill her in about our mc so I didn't look like a selfish cow, but she was very understanding
TTC #1 since July 2016
Dx: PCOS, on Metformin since Feb 2017

@tops-2 hoping you can get back to it all soon enough! I'm sorry about finding out about you SIL- in my opinion, that's one of the hardest parts about all of this. I swear EVERYONE I know is pregnant these days and it's SO hard accepting that it should be you, but isn't yet. BUT, it will be one of these days for all of us.
@eranvo27 yay for ovulating! hopefully this next cycle will be it
AFM- After my last BFN, DH and I decided I'm not going to take daily aspirin anymore as it didn't help us get KU nor did I come up positive for a blood clotting disorder in the first place. RE was on board and we decided that this month, she is going to monitor my ovulation more closely. On Sunday, I went for bloodwork and an ultrasound to check if I was ovulating yet. She told me to come back on Thursday, but today the office called and asked me if I was coming in today, and then called back later after I explained it was supposed to be on Thursday and said "Thursday's totally fine too". So now of course I'm wondering if I should've been in today and whether or not she's going to miss seeing anything. Going to continue doing OPK's and wish for the best since I haven't gotten a positive yet. Next week she will check progesterone again, but it's been coming up over 10, so no supplement yet. Fingers crossed this month.
I went for a regular physical today with my primary care physician and he mentioned maybe getting a second opinion regarding my RE. I really don't know what to think about it though. I think I would feel uncomfortable telling my current RE I was seeking a second opinion & needing all my bloodwork sent to a new RE. Plus, I really really like her, but part of me does feel like maybe I should be getting a second opinion. Anyone have any experience with this?
QOTW: What @tops-2 said! haha.
I really do need to get on the workout thing though. Stretching and a yoga pose or two is the extent of my workout these days.
TTC since Oct 2016
dx: Unexplained; Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
History: 3 Consecutive MCs
@goldenkeys thanks for starting the thread and please can you update me to Rx IVF
@tinabell8 fx you're still in time to see before O tomorrow. Do OPKs normally show you when you get the LH surge? About a second opinion, generally I would say trust your gut - and if you have a good relationship and can discuss it with her maybe it's ok.
@eranvo27 good news on ovulating first of all, fx you're not WTO too long again!
@soontobemommahowe good luck with the TI and hopefully your social worker is back on her feet again soon.
@bababatty good luck with the SHG
@soehlerk fx for some good timing around O
AFM
Had first ER today and got one mature egg! For most this might be disappointing but for us was a huge relief as last Friday it looked as if we unlikely to get any. So now we are waiting for the fert report tomorrow. One small step at a time.
QOTW - I'm with @tops-2 - other than some contortionist moves to get shots in my backside not much! But for shots we went with Bon Jovi Livin' on a prayer!

I dont really have a workout song since I mainly do yoga and the instructor just plays yoga-ish music. Sometimes she throws some Bob Marley Redemption song which I love.
@emmasemm yay for your eggie!
@emmasemm hoping for great news from your fert report!!
im with everyone else out there who feels like everyone they know is pregnant. So far I've helped out 4 different people who were "struggling" (quotes because at this point I don't consider a few months struggling...I'm a little jaded, lol) and they've all gotten pregnant, some already having had their babies. And here I am barren as a desert

I cried and I danced and called DH... and now I have to be calm and work the rest of the day!

@SoonToBeMommaHowe I'm with you on the pregnancy announcements- so many friends are worried and stressed from 3 months of trying and I'm like ........ Not to mention every time I have a doctors appointment or say I have to pee all the time, someone's like "are you pregnant??" Ugh NO and it really helps when people constantly ask me about it, thanks for asking!
AFM It's looking like I'll do IUI #2 on Saturday. I have an appointment tomorrow morning and they told me to bring my trigger shot in case. On Wednesday I had 2 follies at 16 and 14. Saturday will only be CD10 though! The nurse didn't seem concerned at all, but isn't this early? For my first IUI it was CD11 and obviously that didn't work. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm wondering if ovulating so early affects egg quality or anything. Stressed but hopeful this works!
Favorite workout song is probably "Work Bitch" by Britney and anything that comes on that pandora station!

@mac627 I agree that the "sure you're not pregnant?" Questions just add insult to injury. Like believe me I'd know I was KU the second I had enough hcg in my body to turn a test so yes I'm sure I'm not pregnant. Worst experience for me I actually had two ladies in the course of a few weeks rub my chub and tell me how cute pregnant bellies were
sorry I can't weigh in on the early ovulation issue, when I had my IUIs they weren't until CDs 17-19. Which I thought was way late for a medicated cycle and all three were unsuccessful so who knows. Good luck to you though

I have a photo of it from this morning, and watched on the screen as they prepared everything and afterwards to check that the tube it was sitting in was really empty.
Quick, painless, but very emotional! Seeing it on the screen and holding the photo made it suddenly very very real.
Now it's just taking the progesterone vaginally daily and we wait and see!!!
My RE said no HIO (and no orgasms :-(), no strenuous exercise and no lifting, to eat like I am already KU and otherwise try to relax (haha!!!) and see what happens.
My beta date is 6th October, so really 14 days away and he said he "can't stop me testing before that at home" but not to take any results either way conclusive until we have the beta...
And tomorrow morning I will start testing out the trigger ;-)

Still on red prometrium. Doc scared me had me thinking we we're gonna have to use a sperm donor next cycle but fi counts went up drastically over night. I ovulated. 2 eggs. I find out if this round worked on October 4.
Work is stressing me out. My death trap of a car finally died so I have a car payment now that I wasn't planning on. Started selling Partylite to pay for said car but that is also stressing me out.
Best work out song is Promiscuous by Nelly Furtado.
