Symptoms Come and Go at 6 Weeks

Anyone else have symptoms that come and go? Went to bed with extremely sore boobs and wake up having no symptoms whatsoever. First ultrasound last Friday showed gestational and yolk sac and a measurement of 5.5 weeks. No heart beat detected yet. Im praying its only because it is still too early. Dating off my LMP I am suppose to be 6 weeks 5 days today. Second ultrasound scheduled for the 28th and I'll be about 8 weeks. Trying to keep a peaceful and positive mindset since I have had a miscarriage before.

    Symptoms come and go constantly. My nausea hit me like a truck this morning. Right now it's at bay because I ate. I had no sore boobs yesterday but I have them today (though that might be because DS decided to rest his elbow on one and squished the living crap out of it).
    As for your dates, you maybe just ovulated late. If I went off my LMP I would be 7+ weeks. In reality I am 6w2d and I know that for sure.  
    Being pregnant after you've experienced a loss is a total mind game. There are a bunch of us that understand as we've been there. We have a check in every week titled PgAL. It stands for Pregnant After Loss. You are more than welcome to join us there to talk fears and concerns related to the crazy.

    This is my 5th pregnancy, and I can assure you that symptoms come and go!
