Anyone have an app, videos, etc. of a safe pregnancy workout plan that incorporates where you are at in each trimester? Also any exercises that should be completely avoided?
Am an active person, but my new job is much more sitting than I'm used to and really don't want to gain a lot of weight during pregnancy. I like to run, kayak, elliptical, beachbody workouts, hiking. I am 5 weeks, so not feeling like there should be much restrictions yet, but am brand new to this whole thing!

As others have mentioned on the fit thread, anything you did before getting pregnant should be ok, but always check with your doc. You'll want to be careful of exercises where your lie on your back at you get further along.
