Any one had first appointment

I have my first appointment Thursday and I'm super excited and a little nervous at the same time. We had a miscarriage in July, then I immediately got pregnant again. I had blood work done at 5 weeks and hcg was 10,984. This will be my first child, so not sure what happens at first appointment. What are the chances of getting to hear the heartbeat or having an ultrasound and seeing the baby?
