  Hey there, I don't have personal experience with this, but I was curious to know more. I did a search on Google and found a lot of results of people with the same experience (search term: "4mm NT scan"). If you don't find much insight here, it might be worth it to cast a broader net, too.   No, sorry. That is so nerve wracking. I hope everything is fine. When will you get your results back from your Harmony test? I had to do the Counsyl test which is similar, just because I am AMA, I am still waiting to get our results back

  Thank you !  Yes it is very nerve racking.  I feel like it has ruined my excitement for being pregnant.  I am hoping to get them on Monday (tomorrow). Everything is crossed that the results are good

  My daughter had a high NT measurement but my doctor didn't tell us exactly what it was. We had performed the test towards the end of the window (in my 13th week) and the rest of her measurements were large also so they simply set us up with another NIPT early in my second trimester since my blood work had come back normal. It ended up being nothing for us, just a big baby (8 pounds 6 oz at 37 weeks gestational age). Hopefully yours will turn out well also!

  Good news!!! Got the NIPT Harmony results in today and it is all clear of any of the trisonomies.  I know the test is not diagnostic and we are not completely in the clear but it is still a relief. And I also found it's a boy!!!!!!    Thanks for all the responses!!!
