It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*

- early miscarriage/CP confirmed via bloodwork @ 4+2 August 2016
- ectopic pregnancy confirmed via blood work and ultrasound between 5-6 weeks September 2016
3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes?
Still have a lot of pelvic tenderness and having some 2+ minute long contractions but nothing too painful or time able. I will mention it to my doctor tomorrow.
Struggles- It has only been a week for modified bed rest and DD and I are getting bored already.
4. How is So handling everything?
He has been super helpful. Yesterday I wanted to get some freezer meals done and two required diced onions but I cannot make it through a fourth of an onion without crying and crying with a knife is just not safe so he cut all my veggies for me and even helped me get them into the freezer.
He has two DJ gigs this weekend and another one next weekend so he is a little on edge hoping baby stays put. But those are his last ones of the season so hopefully he can relax after that.
5. GTKY: What is something you are worrying about right now?
Having a preemie this early means guaranteed NICU time. We don't have any non working family nearby (my mom can take off a couple of days but not weeks at a time) so we would need to call my MIL in from out of state to help with DD. I am worried about splitting my time between DD and having to go to the NICU. I don't want DD to feel like I'm neglecting her but I need to be able to be with her sister too.
At my last appointment the doctor I saw estimated no later than 35 weeks (based on history and dilation and effacement) but my next appointment is tomorrow and I'm seeing a different doctor so I'm hoping his guesstimate is closer to term.

3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes?
I am very excited to meet him, but nervous since my hospital visit. DH is almost done with the dressers and then we can finish the baby's bedroom! I finished his accent wall and I'm patiently waiting for our shower before buying the glider / mattress if no one else does.
4. How is your SO handling everything? He is getting just as excited as I am, but he is starting to get on me about how my commute is not family-friendly and how we need to move / have me consider a job change.
5. GTKY: What is something you are worrying about right now?
I am currently not set to take any medical leave, just maternity / disability and childcare leave. I may miss out on some money from my short-term disability insurance and I'm just nervous about being prepared for my replacement to come if he comes before my due date. We also haven't set up child care and I know it's not until April, but we should get a move on it.

I am so sorry I must have missed when you said you had a hospital visit. I hope everything is okay with you and your little boy.
2. Share any part of your history you feel comfortable sharing. This is my fourth PG, only have one 5 yo daughter.
3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes? I'm OK. Baby has been less active which makes me nervous, then he was super active last night, which made me feel a little better. We bought the stroller over the weekend, which I'm having major anxiety over as I think I got the wrong thing.
4. How is your SO handling everything? He's OK I think. He doesn't get as worried as I do.
5. GTKY: What is something you are worrying about right now? I have to fly tomorrow, which I hate, especially with my daughter. I was also concerned I was leaking fluid the other day - not sure if that was real or not.

3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes?
Tired. I haven't had a full night's rest this week and this morning I awoke at 1:30 am. Insomnia sucks. I had an appointment last Friday, and the doctor confirmed I haven't gained any weight. As a result I get an ultrasound at my next apoointment. I'm excited to see my baby boy.
4. How is your SO handling everything?
He's getting more excited.
5. GTKY: What is something you are worrying about right now?
Cleaning out the baby's room and assembling the crib. I'm the handy one in the marriage, but I refuse to build a crib in my 7th month of pregnancy. I hope to convince my dad to do it since he assembled DD's 7 years ago, but he lives 3 hours away. My procrastination is catching up with me.
@missrekaeagle Sorry for the insomnia, I know the feeling all too well. I have tried a number of things over the past two years and found that Natural Calm does a decent job of keeping me asleep when I take it. I usually wake up from 3am-5am daily and when I take Natural Calm, I still wake up, but can usually fall back asleep within 30 minutes.
@abby7: Hopefully flying goes well! I don't enjoy it either. Also, fx all is well...but totally understand the anxiety over less activity from the baby.
@nytino24 Yay for almost being done with the nursery! Hopefully childcare isn't as crazy booked in your area like ours. We just put our deposit down for a spot 2 weeks ago for the last week of February. When I paid, there was only one more spot left. Other daycares in the area are booked 6-8 months out.
@dragonfly87-2 I checked in July and they still had openings as early as August. I know that may not still be the case, but I'm really looking for someone to come to our house or a home daycare since it's only for 7 weeks before summer and DH has a weird schedule.

2. 5 failed IUIs when I unexpectedly became pregnant with my 5 year old son, had to move to donor eggs for this one after 3 failed ivf rounds, severe diminished ovarian reserve.
3. I am tired. The tiredness has come back. I have a great new job I love, but after school I am usually ready to leave so I can go home and put my feet up for a few minutes. My sinuses keep getting worse, but I hope with the weather changing it might help a bit. I feel ok. BP is edging into 130s on the top sometimes, but nothing to worry about yet. I see MFM in a couple of weeks.
4. My DH is not doing much-- I don't know what is up with him. I had to dig the crib out by myself and stuff. He wasn't like this with DS and I'm not happy about it.
5. My DH acting like this. He missed an ultrasound appointment too, which would have been fine if he told me he couldn't make it-- but he didn't. I'm also a little nervous about them finding a sub for me for work, I hope it is someone who can keep up with every thing, but I am training my students now so they can be helpers.
