Morning Ladies,
How's everyone feeling this week? For me, movement is definitely getting much more encumbered. My husband commented yesterday that I seem to be making a lot of strange huffing and puffing noises all the time lately. I told him he should try walking around with a watermelon strapped to his torso! My morning walks before work are officially a thing of the summer; sunrise is too late now for me to feel safe walking the roads with the dog, even with a bright reflective vest. I've switched back to morning yoga. My back certainly feels better, but I also miss the movement of walking. I was able to get out for great hikes both Saturday and Sunday last weekend, and did yoga Tuesday, Wednesday, and this morning. Yesterday ended up being a much needed sleep day.
